Order cancelled for no reason

Ordered a motorcycle helmet that was on offer and had an order confirmation. But then received an email the next day saying the order was being refunded (which would take 10 days!)… no explanation, no nothing! Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

5 Star Service for 5 star bikes

After looking for a few hours for a Blue Speed 400 that was in stock in the country I finally found one here at Triumph North London - the opposite end of the country to me! Thinking this was just my luck initially - but I am so glad it happened. The service, communication, professional approach and ultimately, the final delivered bike is amazing! Massive thanks to Brandon Butterfield. I hope to be back for my next one in a couple of years!

I had a fault light on my GS

I had a fault light on my GS so called and spoke to Eden who was straight on the case. They managed to get me a while you wait place so they could check it out. All done super fast and efficient both front of house and in the service area.

Amazing service- again!

Bought my Harley from GHD, and just had the 2nd service with them today.

Yet again, the experience, professionalism and amazing service is fantastic. It's the best retail experience I've ever had. It's such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone behaves in a way that makes you feel like you're their best top customer.
If only other retail businesses could follow this approach by GHD.

Of course. Technically they are thorough - you get 100% confidence that your prized possession has had the best possible attention.

Service Costs exorbitant for a low mileage motorcycle

Well the service cost for a 3 thousand mile a year bike have been exorbitant over the last 3 years - in excess of £2000.
This one was £600 and I was also charged £20 for a courtesy bike to add insult to injury.
I was asked if I would like to add a replacement battery - which I agreed on the basis of nothing else major. Well the throttle body balancing seemed to consume a substantial laabour cost - I have reported no power reduction and can detect no benefit.

I'm now bracing for next one to be north of 1k as it's my second valve clearance check. So that will be 4k servicing - half the purchase price of the bike.

Mike, many thanks for the reply and apologies if you feel the service costs are exorbitant.
Yes you are right in the amount you have spent over the past 3 years and the 12000 service is a major including valve check/adjust.

Your most recent scheduled 18000 mile service along with MOT but with addition of battery was completely standard. 2.5 hours of labour (book time is in fact 3.25) along with MOT.
The £20 charge for the loan bike is purely an insurance cost (which you have requested in the past) and reduces the excess to £250 (instead of £5000)
The Throttle body balance was done as part of the service and you were not charged any more for that.

Great bike, great team, great deal.

Picked up my new bike in December. The bike is great as you would expect but the sales service and advice was superb. I felt like I got a good deal, a good handover and a good experience. I will use Lind Motorrad again, and highly recommend.

Unfortunately the part does not fit my bike, so the advertisement was imprecise and lacking clarity. Then having notified Lind I’m still waiting for them to respond with instructions for a refund.
