Still waiting for a product placed on the 17th March called 3 times to be told there's an issue in the warehouse and hasn't been despatched yet even though the online customer portal shows despatched on Tuesday the 18th.
Online chat doesn't seem to work and Emails don't seem to get answered.

As discussed over the telephone there was an issue with our warehouse in the despatching of the device which was out of our control - we did keep you updated on this and a call was made today to advise it was being despatched.
