Again a straightforward purchase experience. As long as you are registered as a contractor or domestic installer, the online shop has everything you need. Well done Certsure and NICEIC.
Ordered Ecert certificates for use. Its now been 2 days since order and they are still not available for download or use. Previously certificates were available within an hour or so.
I got through to the shop promptly and had my order processed quickly no hanging on the telephone saying my call was next in line after waiting 20 minutes pleasant experience well done

niceic is greedy and exploitative. Lacks primitive features expected of a digital book.
NICEIC's pursuit to protect their books by making the book only available through Bookshelf has landed them with the worst user experience possible. My dad required this book for his current study, and as it stands he cannot put the book on his kindle, he cannot read the book on his windows tablet because the developers were too lazy to include a simple next page and previous page buttons for reading with a touchscreen and all anybody from support can say is sorry it's not a feature. These are fundamental things for reading a digital book and you have failed. The whole process just comes across as greedy and exploitative because there is no alternative course, there is no alternative book.
