I Bought an item from otaku house, I paid for the product and shipping, then I get an email saying that shipping has not been paid. There was a 2nd shipping charge that I was not made to be aware of before purchasing the product. I asked for a refund and they ignored me. Do not purchase from these people. They kept my money for nothing. They are blackmailing people.

After a month of trying to email them to combine my orders...Never try to pay their fee to combine your orders. Its just not worth it and I'm not even sure if they will be combined. Hoping they arrive together but even if they do, I do not recommend combining orders. At all. And hope you dont have to contact support

If you buy here just know shipping is sitting around 30 dollars currently to send to the US, and adjust how much you buy accordingly

This was the only site which was still selling a figure I was looking at for a friend. I ordered it under my name and shipped to his address.
Despite the other reviews suggesting a poor shipping process, I had little to no issues with shipping. Although it took a couple weeks to begin shipping, I was not required to pay additional fees or such.
I'm not sure if this was simply luck, but I will consider purchasing from this store again

On order I paid €14 for "shipping". A few days later I got an e-mail that I had to pay for a "shipping top-up" so they would actually send my order. I then still had to pay import fees of €10. What was €14 for? I don't know. I reached out to support asking for a clarification but I never got a reply. Ended up paying €70 for a €25 product. Never buying from this store again.

They cancel orders without warning

30 emails for a response and not even to the question

Ordered a kuji for £70 yet they cancelled it unannounced, sent no apology or refund and still ignore my multiple emails. Absolute scam of a company.

I am down money for something I'll never receive.

Non-existent after-sales service

I have send them four mails and zero respond from them, I need them because the paper was not filled right for the customs.
I try to reach them via there facebook direct and they just said : send an email.

Now my package will be sending back to them, and I think when that will happen, they will to contact me to pay another shipping fee.

Won 2 prizes in the crane machine in one try, and emailed them as only 1 was reflected in my account. They had the cheek to tell me that in their policy, if multiple items are won, only 1 can be claimed? That is so stupid as I paid good money for it and I won the 2 prizes fair and square.

I would not recommend buying anything here, the shipping prices they're asking for are high, it's just not worth it. Use another website.

- They split my order into multiple packages for no reason making the shipping even more expensive, when I asked their CS to combine my parcels I was asked to PAY A FEE for the combining.

1st forgot 2 of the kuji I ordered and only shipped them out after I emailed then they wanted me to pay a extra 50$ USD for shipping costing more than the worth of the objects. I had already payed shipping for my other kuji I’m sick of this website you pay for the items only to find out that they shipped your items separately and want you to pay extra

Got my first package no issue. The second part of the order was delivered by dhl to an Amazon depo they couldn’t retrieve it apparently. They told me to contact outakuhouse for a lost parcel form. Otaku house have refused to do that, offered me tokens instead that I don’t want and have refused to refund me. £300 and 5 months later neither the bought out kuji items nor my money. Having to take it back through my bank now.

Good service,only took a few weeks to get to my location

I have purchased many kuji from these with no issue before. I recently bought put an entire kuji on instant menu and was expecting to get the last prize. I did not get it according to them even though you buy out the kuji they can apparently just reset it and not give you the last prize.
They also have a dragon mystery bag of you but 8 kuji in one go. Mine did not arrive and they did not care. They are very unhelpful and can do no wrong so if you have an issue is your fault and not there's.

So I bought their instant kuji and shipping is supposed to be paid for at checkout and they are not supposed to ask for more shipping according to their advertising. But they sent me an email asking me to pay for shipping AGAIN. Then are refusing to help in any way. Do NOT buy from them. If you do it's a gamble and I was not lucky.

Played the Mimikyu instant Kuji and won some good prizes, was surprised that shipping wasn’t exorbitant considering some prizes were fairly large.
Received my products very fast and well packed, I was very happy with what I won and how fast I got them shipped internationally!

scam website, they dont deliver the product ordered yet continue to sell preorders online, its 3 months overdue now!
