I’ve been ordering online for many…
I’ve been ordering online for many years and I have to say the Remologie ordering system needs a serious overhaul. Especially with updating customers the status of their order, location options and just making the ordering system more fluid.
I’ve waited over 2 weeks for an email that my order is ready for pickup, I’ve logged in and the status wasn’t updated there until today when I logged back in (over 2 weeks since I order).
And now there’s actually a better promotion that I could have waited for!! Not impressed. Especially since we do live outside of the city in the South end, I do plan my day around the pick up since it’s on the other end of the city.
When I called in today to see the status of my order, I heard on the phone while waiting to make my selection to be routed to the correct department that there is a new location in the South end!!
Your website does not have any information regarding the new location for pickup or otherwise.
The lovely Joan assisted me when I did get through, and I asked for information about the new location..it’s has been open since APRIL!!
We’re mid November now.
Why isn’t your website updated with this information??
This would be helpful for those who live in that area.

Thank you for your feedback, we apologize for the inconvenience. I looked into this and can confirm we sent a pickup notification email on Oct. 31st. Unfortunately, email issues can happen. please check your junk folder for a message from sleepwell@remologie.ca
on that date.
Regarding the South End location, Medigas Manitoba does have a new site there. However, we do not yet have a pickup agreement with that location. We’ll update our website as soon as that changes. In the meantime, please note that we also offer free shipping on orders over $100.
We understand your frustration about the missed promotion we will reach out to discuss this.

Interesting you should ask, as I just came back from a 2 week vacation. I am disappointed as I was informed that I am snoring & the Remologie Travelling CPAP machine turns off throughout my 'sleep process'.
