Feeling scammed

I have bought first time from this store.although the support team was helpful in the beginning about giving extra off but when i want to purchase they didn't reply me for a week may be due to peak hrs.Now i made a purchase and they replied me at once.Hopefully i will receive my order soon and would be thank ful for this store for delivering this rack to my address.i am waiting to write a best review.
Hey guys.its been 3 weeks but still i got no update from the store about my order and i am looking forward to cancel my order and get a refund as i have a paid a big amount of $168 but i am neither getting a satisfactory response nor the status of my order is changed and from other reviews on this website i am feeling that i was scammed.could anybody help me regarding getting my refund.

Hi Storepaperoomates

The only issue I had was response times with email took long, but the company has a lot of tickets to process and limited staff so if you buy something you'll need patience with your orders feedback from staff.

Requested a cancelation of my order and got a refund within 2 days.

Thanks for your review. Our phone support is currently only accepting voicemails which are currently being attended to in the order they are received.

We also have a huge ticket queue which are working against. We will get back to your email or voicemail (if you left one) with more details about your order.

Asking for a review when I did not even get it after months

I have ordered a “lazy susan” months ago, and they have asked me fir a review when I did not even get it. I emailed them 4 times informing them that I did not yet get it, without any feedback. It is very upsetting as I paid twice the price I would get it from somewhere else thinking this is a good online store. I am very upset and deceived!

Very poor experience

Very poor experience. I ordered the chair and paid for premium delivery so I could get hold of it sooner. It took more than a month for the item to be shipped let alone arrive. When it did arrive it was the wrong colour. Even now I am still trying to get this sorted out - more than 2 months after the order!

I understand your concern and really sorry for that. Normally, most suppliers and sellers will upload images for illustrative purposes mostly, but we do advise and recommend the list Products as is with as much resemblance to the real life product as possible. Due to troublesome returns associated with Large items and furniture, you should have received a refund from Storepaperoomates from your Order.

VENDOR SENT MY ORDER TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS

The item I ordered was shipped to the incorrect address, even though I provided the correct shipping address. I tried to contact the vendor multiple times about their error, but I never heard back from them. I have no way of knowing when or how, (or if), I will ever receive my parcel, and I still haven’t been acknowledged by the vendor/shipper. I went on a wild goose chase with UPS, just for them to do nothing to help me. Now I’m stuck waiting for UPS to return my package to the vendor so they can correct the shipping label and send it out to my correct address, which I provided.

Normally, packages will first ship to our Dispatch Warehouse in Sarasota. Once en-route to the Warehouse, due to it's Free Tax Status, it is near impossible to directly divert packages to avoid Tax evasion issues. Your packages will be processed, packages and shipped to you from our Dispatch Warehouse. Our Free Shipping will normally deliver in 20 - 30 days (Internationally) and within 10 days within the US. Due to the incidents above, we unfortunately had extreme delays to the extent of issuing refunds for all Orders placed.

We hope to improve even more on our Shipping. We have since employed shipping via FedEx and DHL for faster better tracked shipping.

Paid for an order in full & I have not yet received it neither was I advised my items were in backorder until 2 weeks after I placed it. I was advised after I reached out with concerns on where the order was. This was my first time ordering here & will be my last.

Very Disappointed....order never arrived!

My order never arrived. Was told that the dealer would be contacted and no reply to Storepaperoomates or to me. I was finally told that the supplier was not returning Storepaperoomates inquires and it was assumed that the dealer had sold out of the item.....requested a refund from Storepaperoomates.

We are a marketplace and for the security of both our buyers and sellers, we employ PayPal payments which offers both Buyer and Seller protection. Although we vet all our Sellers before they register on site and are able to list products, occasionally, some rogue sellers may slip through who then take payments and fail to fulfill payments. In this case, the first step would be to try to reach out to the seller and await a response. If all fails, we usually revert back to PayPal's buyer protection to ensure you get your refund and get the item you orders, in your case, a refund.

We apologize for this ordeal and have already employed a better vetting system to ensure only compliant and duly able Sellers and suppliers list their products and take sales.

Too bad try
