First bottle was really excellent. My family produces organic single variety olive oil from our small farm and other growers on Ithaca in the Ionian Islands. The variety is called Thiako and was brought over by the Venetians in 13th C, so I love being connected to a vineyard with a similar ethos! My son now runs the olive oil business and lives on the island with his wife aand my latest grandson. I shall look forward to buying more wine from yourselves and maybe even visit as I drive through Italy to catch the ferries from Venice, Ancona or Bari!
