**No order received and no help from customer service**

Unfortunately, I have had a very disappointing experience. According to my order and shipping confirmations, my correct address was registered. However, DAO informed me that the parcel was addressed and delivered to a completely different address.

I contacted the company and asked them to investigate the shipping label and help resolve the issue, but I have received neither a response nor the shirt I paid for. I also sent a follow-up email, which has been ignored.

It is extremely frustrating that the company does not respond when a customer has never received their order.

Servizio clienti scandaloso...ho speso euro 210 dalla Svizzera per magliette le ho ricevute erano troppo piccole le ho rispedite l'indirizzo doveva essere quello dello shop io ho messo quello del negozio Venezia malgrado la email ricevuta dalla dogana nessuno si é mosso la merce é rimasta bloccata alla dogana italiana per 2 mesi e lo shop rifiuta di cambiarmi la merce perché non é stata rispedita in 14 giorni...scandaloso...evitate ogni aquisto su questo sito...merce bella ma Servizio da terzo mondo...

Non comprare nulla online, taglie cinesi che non corrispondono con quelle europee. ho comprato una maglia XL, ma le misure erano di una L e non mi hanno voluto rimborsare nonostante avessi inviato la foto con la misura della maglietta che mi avevano inviato. Pessimi

Absolutely terrible service I ordered a shirt which got lost in transit after 3 weeks of emailing them they finally got back to him saying they will refund me now another 3 weeks after that still waiting for a refund.

Have waited for my shirt since Aug.5’th, so basically I have waited a month. Ive been emailing and calling their costumer service, but they took a lot of time to answer back. They said that they don’t have a timeline for when my package will be sent. So better not order from here, if you needed it in time for an event like me
