The received my old steering column on the 17th of july .i have not received my surcharge of 120 pounds .despite several emails.im getting excuses like staff on holiday waiting for custom clearence etc.its now 6 weeks and still no date.very disapointed with there customer service.would not recommend.

Excellent comms - both speed of reply and techincal expertise.
Steering rack is great, was well packaged and the return of the old one went smoothly.

Had occasion to ring WPS Yesterday over a technical problem relating to a power steering rack. The lady on reception was excellent, found my customer details from over 3 years ago and proceeded to take down details on my current problem. She stated that she would ask a technician for advice and get back to me and checking when I would be available.
True to her word she rang back today with the advice I needed. Excellent all round service from initial phone conversation to getting back to me with some clear advice. Highly recommended service, Thank you John

i tried to buy on e bay it had problems but dealing direct with the company was a first class experience, polite helpful could not do more for you. Don't bother buying a used product from a scrap yard .
Buy from wps you wont regret it, product looked brand new a first class experience .

A Micra owbners are finding out, Nissan no longer manufactures replacement electric power steering systems for elderly Micra SE Automatics - meaning that otherwise sound cars have to be scrapped.
However Western Power Steering delivers a guaranteed remanufactured replacement in days at a very reasonable price AND organises courier delivery and collection of the old part (when ready) , Communications are excellent.
