I had been trying to buy a treadmill for weeks. Had a bad experience with Wish and didn’t want to buy direct from China and wait for months. Found one on 247 website and it was on my doorstep in less than 72 hours. Brilliant!!
Treadmill seems to be fine but early days yet, first impressions are good.

I was warned that there would be a delay in dispatching the item when I ordered it, and to their credit it was dispatched within the specified time frame, however I didn't receive my email confirming that the product had been dispatched until after it arrived... Good job I was at home!

The main thing is that the product did arrive on time and was in full working order. I was sent a warranty form to post back to them but I was reluctant to do this. I emailed to see if this could be done online and was told that the warranty is automatic on every purchased item... So why did my product come with a form?

Either way I am pleased with the product I ordered which works as described, but the late dispatch notification and confusion over warranty form was a little frustration. No major issues though - and the customer service team responded to my email within minutes.

The treadmill is all 247 said it was. My low rating is for the the CON that they run, charging a premium for Express delivery and the goods not turning up in the 2-3 days as paid for, but it turns up 6 days later. Why pay for Express delivery when it does not exist. That's a lot of money !!!!!!!!

Very happy with the order but the delivery time took almost 2 weeks which was disappointing. Also even though courier was classed as Europe, no actual carrier was mentioned so I had to google it to see which courier were delivering.

I ordered and paid for an electric bike and was told 3 to 5 working days. it did not arrive. on the 8th day I received an email to say it was out of stock. surely that was the case when I purchased it. I am not happy at all

Ordered a product for a fathers day gift on a 3-5 day delivery over a week before. After waiting 8 days I sent an email to ask where my product was and they told me it was out of stock. No previous email to tell me, no refund and an apology only after I asked them where it was!
