I ordered a kids golf trolley ( in stock ) , 4 days later received a call informing that in fact it was OUT OF STOCK, I asked to assistant if I could ring him back with another choice , his reply was that he would prefer that I contacted him via email ( which he would send and I could the reply ) , WAITED 90 mins , NO email , phoned the company ,put on hold for a few minutes then the phone CUTS OFF this happened on 3 further attempts , then I left a message as requested , informed they return within 1 -2 hours ,now nearly 24 hours later no response , then emailed to confirm requests , reply 1 - 2 till return .
I would certainly NOT recommend this company their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING .

Very quick the delivery of product, and exactly as I wanted

This experience is the best I have experienced in a long time! The order was delivered to my neighbors house which caused confusion but support verified with me before shipping. I was notified when it shipped and it included tracking. The even better part was how well it was packaged. I bought a gun safe. It was covered on each corner with a metal corner protector, extra heavy cardboard, wrapped around it and then the strapping tape held it tighter inside the outside shipping box arrived without a scratch!

I order a Christmas Tree in Sept. Didn't think to open the tree to see was it the right tree so I waited after Thanksgiving to open my Christmas tree to find out it was the wrong Christmas Tree. I supposed received a prelit tree instead they ship to me a flocked hinged tree I dont like that tree it make alot of mess and I have little kids that would put that snow stuff in they mouth. Im keep writing my review until I get the tree I order or a refund. Christmas will be here soon

Great deal on open box golf cart. Looks like it was brand new. Fast shipping although FedEx did drop the ball… Not their fault.

ordered 10x20 canopy. says it was delivered about 10 days ago. havent gotten a replacement ,i asked for money back and no answer. i need this canopy by a certain date and that date is very soon.

I reached out to your company days ago to return the LH Clubs for RH clubs, I am still emailing you guys for a response. That is “POOR” customer service. I should have received instructions to return the incorrect item and when I could expect the right items.
I am disappointed in the NO RESPONSE I am getting.
