I have been scanning with this company for years and was always delighted with the choice of shopping vouchers I could get although I usually get the One 4 All vouchers as they work in so many places. recently the choice of vouchers has dropped considerable and also the One 4 All are often just digital vouchers which I don't like because if you spend more than the voucher you cannot use 2 cards to pay. Also the amount of automated phone calls I have had reminding me to scan and saying it has been so many days since my last scan became so bad that I ended up blocking their number.

I have been with this company for Years.
I am trying to cash out points that they owe me and im unable to log in to my account
it also doesnt allow me to reset my password
I have tried to email this company and phone them on several occasions this month and get no response from them at all
they are with holding money owed to me and are a complete scam with terrible customer service

I received an email from Shop and Scan in July 2025 confirming that I had been accepted as a new member. They told me I would receive the welcome kit, including the scanner, within 14 days.

It’s now October 2025, and despite multiple emails and phone calls, I have never received the welcome kit or the scanner. Even worse, no one ever replied to any of my messages.

Has anyone else had the same experience? Whoever is managing Shop and Scan is completely incompetent and unreliable. They don’t even deserve half a star for the way they treat people.

I’ve also heard terrible things about Shop and Scan from others who have used it — outdated and obsolete technology, problems with the scanners, and a complete lack of communication from the team behind it. So why don’t they just shut down this shameful program already?!

Does anyone know of a similar points-based system to Shop and Scan that actually works properly and is up to date?
