Great experience

The rewards for online purchases seem to track ok, although take a while. I’ve been doing online surveys through this website though, and keep running into trouble. I’ve completed countless surveys which wait until I’ve finished, thank me, and then say I’m screened out. I don’t know if it’s an error on their end, or if they are doing it deliberately. So I’ve wasted time without getting reimbursed. When reporting this, there is no help. Sometimes I get replies from shopback, sometimes from prime surveys, but they don’t seem to understand the problem and definitely don’t fix it. There’s also an excessive amount of screening questions sometimes, which outweigh the reimbursement from the survey.

Yes I have the Mobile App, I don't use it as much as I would like to. But they have ties to many major stores that offer good discounts and sales.

Refund takes far too long

Finding I need to keep receipts for everything, as cashback often not found.
The surveys aren't particularly phone friendly.
Appreciate the idea behind it, but sometimes hard going to get things set up.
