The first few times I…

The first few times I ordered...everything was GREAT! But, they started sending me used, opened merch with the tags all cut out.
No sizing, no fabric content info, no laundering instructions.
THEN...came the warehouse problems.
I had to throw everything they sent away. It was just trash.

I, like several others, have been scammed out of hundreds of dollars by Shopbazar, they used to be a credible source to shop for wholesale. However recently they have been engaging in fraudulent activity and collecting payments without delivering goods or refunds— and it is a serious issue.

Please if you are a victim of this make sure you are going on all of their social media platforms and asking that they ban them, so they can stop promoting a fraudulent business, so that no more people get scammed out of their money and hurt. For example you would go report them on their instagram BAZAR (@shopbazar_wholesale), Tiktok BAZAR (@shopbazar_wholesale), and on their WHATNOT page where they sell their products on a LIVE stream everyday.

YOU CAN USE THIS TEMPLATE TO REPORT THEM:

“Dear [Platform Name/Support Team],

I’m writing to bring to your attention a serious issue involving the online retailer Shopbazar / Shopbazar.com, which is actively scamming customers and engaging in fraudulent practices.

Several customers, including myself, have placed high-value orders with Shopbazar—amounting to thousands of dollars. Recently, they canceled these orders, citing vague reasons such as “warehouse relocation” and promising immediate refunds. However, no refunds have been issued, and no products have been delivered. Attempts to contact their support team have been met with silence or evasive responses.

This pattern of behavior strongly suggests fraudulent intent and has already impacted many individuals. To prevent further harm to unsuspecting consumers, I urge you to take appropriate action—such as suspending or banning Shopbazar’s social media accounts on this platform.

Don’t Do Business With Shop Bazar

When I first started using this company, it was great but I placed an order in June and have continuously gotten the runaround if I even get a response at all my last communication was that I would get a refund yet that hasn’t happened. My next step is reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

CAUTION Trust & Integrity are lost on this company

Avoid this company! I placed two large 50pc orders back the first part of June and have been given the run around ever since. First when the orders had not shown up, I was told that a third-party vendor was the problem. Later I was told that they were changing warehouses and given the option to cancel my orders or wait two more weeks and they would be up and running and also offered to refund 20% for my patience. That was three weeks ago. This whole thing has been going on nearly eight weeks. Today I contacted them and received back what I believe to be an automated response saying that they did not have the product and would be canceling my orders. I informed my credit card company which took care of it. Trust and integrity are lost on this company.

Avoid this company

This company used to be great, but I can no longer endorse. They state fulfillment windows that they do not live up to. When you reach out to customer support, you are lucky to get a response, and if you do, it is just the same scripted response. I recently made an order and they blew past the window of fulfillment by weeks. I was given the excuse that the third party they work with for fulfillment was having issues. No update on processing time. I finally said I was going to cancel and dispute with my credit card, then they were like you should be in this week's shipment, but we will let you know once a tracking label is created. DO NOT waste your time or money!!! They will blame everyone else and do nothing to fix it or even compensate you for the trouble.

Used to Be a Fan — Now, Just Shocked

Engaged with offensive & terribly disorganized customer service on behalf of a client who spent thousands with Shop Bazar over the last year. She got sent wrong items more than once — worn, no tags, sometimes not even the right piece. She only charged back the few they wouldn’t fix, and they blocked her with no warning. Then kept charging her card after the ban. No ownership, no apology. Whole thing feels sketchy. Be careful.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, no appreciation for long-term customers, the more you buy (bigger/consistent bundles), the more likely compounding mistakes (ruined items, generally outside of what's advertised). Billing takes forever to respond. Always had to contact or raise awareness to pending contact to cc.

Great products for 90% off....

Real products from brands I already shop for at crazy good prices. Everything I have bought has been great, though sometimes things sell out quickly. Had one problem with shipping, but customer support resolved it very quickly. I check every week for new products, awesome!

Authentic clothes, no CX at all

The items are authentic and available for good prices. But be aware that they're primarily wholesale and customer service is almost nonexsitent. I bought a dress that ended up having a busted zipper. CX neither refunded me nor really did anything.
