Great customer service

My 5 star rating is based on the customer service that I've received noy on the product, as I haven't received it yet.
I ordered through the shop app on December 8, 2024. After a few days I checked the shop app which showed the pkg had not been received. I emailed CHAMI asking for the order to be cancelled. Ashley, a Customer Service Rep, emailed me to assure that the pkg had shipped. A couple of days later I checked the shop app again which still showed the pkg had not shipped. I was confused and a bit frustrated. Through emails Ashley advised that the order is not updated on the shop app. She provided me with a link to tracking which shows that my pkg has shipped.
Ashley was quick to respond to my emails and was patient while explaining the difference in information on shop and CHAMI.
Great customer service.
I'm looking forward to getting my pkg and start using it. If the product is as great as the customer service I'll be very pleased.

the magic facial wand

I have been using your product for a month and a half and I am delighted. It is the most complete and wonderful facial tool I have. In my experience, it has helped me reduce expression lines and I have smooth and radiant skin. It is an excellent gift for this Christmas.

I have been using the beauty wand for…

I have been using the beauty wand for about 3 weeks now. I have sensitive skin/rosacea and eczema flair ups at times. My skin has slowly begun to improve since using it. I love the features of this wand and using it everyday for about 5-10 minutes. It feels amazing on the skin and love the little vibration that it makes. Overall, I’m really enjoying using it and now it’s a staple in my skincare routine.

I am not happy

I am not happy. I was suppose to receive my order on 12.7.2024 now I’m being emailed that I’m not going to get my order until 13.&.2024z. Really!?

To be very honest..

From the customer service to the shipping to the product. All absolutely amazing!!
I was sent the Black Head Remover and The Jade Roller. Both arrived in amazing time! The remover is by far the best remover I’ve ever used ( and I’ve tried a lot!). And the Jade Roller is just super cute!
10/10 absolutely recommended.

The product came very quickly

The product came very quickly. Super easy to use and very soothing. I also love all the different tips that come WITH the Skin Cleaner and not having to pay for the additional tips.
