Dolcessa Opiniones

I purchased two absolutely gorgeous Dolcessa bathing suits from a boutique in Key West—one in red and one in royal blue. These suits are stunning! They’re sexy, beautifully designed, and covered in sparkling rhinestones. I was in love with them from the moment I saw them.

After wearing the red suit only three times, I noticed that the rhinestones on the bottom were starting to come off. Considering these suits are definitely an investment, I was disappointed and suspected it was a manufacturing or quality control issue.

I reached out to Dolcessa’s customer service, explained the situation, and included photos. To my surprise, they responded the very next day and immediately shipped me a brand - new replacement bottom in the same style and color—completely free of charge!

That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Dolcessa truly stands behind its products, and they turned a disappointing situation into an exceptional experience.

I highly recommend Dolcessa to anyone looking for beautiful, high. Quality swimwear backed by outstanding customer service. In fact, I already have more suits sitting in my cart.

Thank you, Dolcessa, for listening to my concerns and resolving them so quickly.

Bravo! 👏🏽

Beautiful swimsuits and great customer service.

Excellent customer service! And the quality of the bikinis are amazing!

Had the best experience. Love this brand! Dolcessa customer service was very helpful. They responded promptly to my email, and thoroughly addressed my questions. I have shopped here before and I will definitely shop here again.

Jazper was incredibly helpful in getting me the right size and making sure it arrived in time. The original suit was absolutely stunning—I can’t wait to get the perfect fit!

I got another beautiful bikini with complimentary scarf and a dress from Dolcessa. Amazing customer service- thank you very much!

Great selection, beautiful product, quick response from customer service and willingness to switch my shipping address after I placed the order!

First- I LOVE Dolcessa swimsuits! They are always u pique and great quality. Secondly- their customer service is great and very responsive. I had an issue with a discount code and in less than 6 hours Jazper had resolved the situation. He was polite and wry helpful: resolved my situation with pleasure. Love these guys!

I had actually made an error on my return and accidentally had an extra item. Dolcessa was so great about reaching out and correcting it before just shipping everything out, it saved such a hassle. Not to mention they arranged pickup of the returns right from my front door. Excellent customer service!

I had a great experience with Dolce Swimwear. After the first gentle hand wash, one small crystal came off my bikini bottoms. I reached out to customer service just to ask if replacement crystals were available, as I was even willing to fix it myself.

The team was incredibly kind and helpful, and instead of just sending parts, they generously sent me a completely new replacement item. Considering the quality and price point of the swimwear, I really appreciated this level of customer care.

The swimsuit itself is beautiful, elegant, and very eye-catching — I received many compliments wearing it. Special thanks to Jazper for the support. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely order again.

I recently placed an order with Dolcessa and accidentally purchased two of the same swimsuit. Before my order shipped, their team reached out to confirm whether it was intentional. It was completely my mistake, and thanks to their attention to detail, they saved me money and spared me the hassle of having to process a return. This isn't my first purchase from them, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Their swimsuits are beautiful, high quality, and fit wonderfully, but what truly sets them apart is their exceptional customer service. Thank you Jazper for calling and messaging me before the order shipped, you are very appreciated!!! It's rare to find a company that cares enough to catch a customer's mistake and proactively help! I couldn't be more impressed and will absolutely continue shopping with them. Highly recommend!

I could not be more pleased! Everything from the variety of items, to the quality and the ease of navigation the website, down to the customer service, shout out to Jazper who went above and beyond to help me with my exchange. I am so happy that I found them. They have exceeded expectations on all fronts. Truly exceptional brand!

Jazper was a fantastic help in finding me an alternative to an item that was out of stock. She also helped me get a discount applied. On top of that the quality of their swimsuits is amazing and the styles are elegant and original. I will definitely purchase again.

Fantastic customer service resolving a sizing issue. Jazper was so helpful and understanding when I made a mistake and got the wrong size top for my wife. My wife LOVES the high quality of these bikinis as well as their fantastic look! Definitely recommend!!

Not only is Dolcessa rate 5 stars in quality and style but, their customer service and attention to detail is a ten star! Jazper went above and beyond to help me have the perfect look for my trip to Bora Bora! He searched for the correct size (originally out of stock), updated the order and made sure everything was ready to be delivered by my deadline! Jazper also has excellent communication skills! He answered my questions and kept me updated on the order and delivery details. I’m so grateful for his friendly, positive can-do attitude and attention to detail and professionalism!!!

I had an order mishap and they were so helpful! I have purchased 3 swimsuits from dolcessa and they are all beautiful. Thanks Jazper for all of your assistance! Quick to reply, handled all questions, and truly awesome!

Jazper provides the type of customer service that will make you a life long subscriber on the first try. My wife’s super tiny waste and curves that you need rails to handle make finding her size (especially remotely) difficult to say the least. Jasper made the process seamless. 🙏🏽

Jazper was great! very knowledgeable and helpful with picking out my bikini! Their bikinis are well designed and very beautiful!

I really love this website! Already got one swimsuit last year, best quality and worth speding that money!
and Im glad I sent an email regarding missing size for the one swimsuit i wanted.. Jazper helped me so I could get another one!
Always the best!
