You have contacted us on 3rd January, and we replied to you immediately by informing you that you've placed your order on 23rd December, on that same day 23rd December your order was despatched from our warehouse and was with the Delivery company. When you contacted us on 3rd of January, we immediately raised a complaint ticket with to the delivery company, and we have informed you that we are waiting their response to the status of your parcel.
