Scam membership!!!

The T-Shirts were good quality.
However, unbeknownst to me, I was automatically given membership that included an automatic billing of $26.77/month When I went on their site to see how this happened, under membership tab they claimed that "We never want someone to stay in the club if they didn’t intend to. That’s why:
✅ The trial is clearly shown all over our site, including during checkout
✅ An email confirmation is sent after purchase with cancellation info
✅ You can cancel anytime (even right after ordering) — no hassle, no judgment"
Not True. There is something about membership on the site, but it doesn't say anything about cost or a recurring payment. All it says is 'details shown at checkout,' in very small print. I did not get a confirmation email. Yes, I am sure. I didn't get a receipt sent to my email. If there was something about a membership that popped up after my payment was sent, I know nothing about it. I don't know another company that automatically charges you a membership fee.

I do want to clarify that our membership is shown throughout the website, including during checkout, where it outlines the 21-day trial followed by the monthly membership. A confirmation email is also sent after purchase with full details and cancellation instructions.

That said, we never want anyone to feel caught off guard or frustrated. We previously requested a bit more information so we could look into your specific account, but haven’t received those details yet.

Excellent customer service & a wide selection of colorful tshirts.

I emailed them because I wasn't sure if my order had gone through or if it looked like I placed two (2) exact orders. It was late at night & I wasn't expecting an answer that evening, but Valerie responded to my email within a very few minutes & she was so nice in her email & told me everything looked good. Unfortunately, it's hard to find great customer service nowadays, but Valerie definitely proved that it does still exist. This was my first order & will be ordering more from Free Spirited.

I didn’t realize that there was a…

I didn’t realize that there was a membership monthly fee. Angie explained to me that I had a credit to use before I could cancel my membership subscription. I was able to order 2 shirts with the credit. I really appreciate all Angles help Thank you Barbara Kulesza

When there was a glitch in the delivery… Valerie came through

When there was a glitch in the delivery of a birthday gift to a friend I was afraid I was going to disappoint my friend after I'd told him about this awesome t-shirt he was going to get from me!

Valerie listened to me and assured me it would be taken care of. She was empathetic and detail-oriented which was so refreshing when something has gone wrong, even though it was the transport carrier's problem.

Happy with products and service!

So far, the products I have gotten have been great, and their customer service was top notch. Be careful about the auto-sign-up for their monthly club when purchasing. Could trick you if you aren't careful, but the clothing really is pretty!

Valerie is an asset to your company

Valerie is an asset to your company. She took my mess and cleaned it up . I was ready to just give up on my order, then she took the horse by the reigns. The team as whole are to be commended.

Email customer service quick and thorough

Email customer service response was quick and thorough. I didn't really care for the answer, but that wasn't the rep's fault. Valerie actually offered to let TPTB know their site needs clarification for the problem.
