I received all on my third order except for 1 tshirt. It was on back order. I had waited quite a while. I emailed their support team and since it had been a month since I received the other shirts in my order and I had lost weight, they let me adjust my size. I'm just waiting for the order to be filled. Thank you so very much for the ease of contacting you and settling this. Have a Great Day and I will DEFINITELY order more shirts!

Marc, the customer service rep, responded very quickly to my email, explained the issue, gave me several choices about how to fix the issue, and issued a refund for back ordered merchandise right away. I'm very pleased with the transparency and promptness.

My inquiry was resolved very fast which I truly appreciate.

I had some trouble with the delivery but the folks at free spirited.com were super nice and sent out a replacement free of charge. I didn't get the original shirt I wanted as they sold it to me even though it was sold out. But they were super nice , picked a new shirt and they got it out quickly and I'll definitely do business with them again.

I've ordered a few things from Free Spirited, and have loved them. My most recent order though, I must have been sleeping when I ordered because the sizes were all wrong. I had been in their club, so I had used my monthly coupon, which i did like the concept! I initiated a return and had a couple options, and I chose to keep the items and get a one time 50% money return and keep the items that I will give away.I like having options and I love the clothing from Free Spirited!

I apparently was paying for a monthly tee shirt from this company, without picking shirts. When I contacted them about payments I had made, they returned my money and cancelled my membership. Very quickly too!

Ordered items that were out of stock (web site did not reflect that info). After a 2 plus month delay and seeing my out of stock items still listed on the site, I contacted customer service. Should have done it sooner as customer service was very responsive. New items on their way within 48 hours. As far as the product received. Very high quality. Love my shirts and have already ordered again!

I was impressed by the variety of colors and styles, and the price was affordable. My shirt arrived faster than I expected. It's soft, and super comfortable. I'm super impressed, and I will buy again.

The folks at Free Spirited are amazing. Their shirts are FANTABULOUS! I've bought nearly every color and have worn and washed a few - colors remain solid, vibrant and bold (I always wash my shirts in cold water and hang dry them). Customer service is impeccable! I had an issue with the wrong size shirt in a mislabeled shipping pkg and they were quick to resolve the matter! I may not know these people but I love 'em like family because they treat you like family!

Had a billing problem which Marc fixed promptly and courteously.
