Nice shoes but awful customer service
I ordered a pair of clogs from Goby, which took well over a week to arrive. The sizing was very odd and although I had ordered my usual size, the shoes were much too big. I messaged Goby to ask about a replacement pair and was asked to return them at my cost; I was told that they would reimburse me for the cost of the postage. Just over a week after I had returned them, I started contacting Goby to get confirmation that my replacement pair was on the way. I got no response to my emails or messages sent through their website. I found a phone number, which always went to voicemail, and left a daily message asking someone to contact me for over a week. Nearly four weeks after returning my shoes, I sent a further message to the EU website, who finally got Goby UK to reply to me. I received confirmation that a replacement pair would be despatched, but it has still taken ten days for the shoes to arrive. They are really nice, but the customer service has been really dreadful and if I hadn't been so persistent, I don't think I would ever have received my replacement shoes. I would never order from them again.
