Excellent service. I ordered a sofa set on a Friday night and had it delivered on the following Wednesday. Delivery guy was great, removed old sofa and set new one up on his own too! Sofa is great, really comfy and firm. Looks great too. Would definitely recommend this company.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We did receive your email on Friday, however our team was closed over the Easter holiday period, which is why there was a delay in response.
We are now back open and will be in touch with you directly to resolve this.
In regard to assembly, our website clearly states that delivery is free, and assembly is an optional service available at an additional charge.
We take all feedback seriously and will work with you to investigate the issue with your wall and find a suitable resolution.

Surprised at the quality for the price, beautiful sofa, perfect size for a small room. The delivery team who provided assembley were polite and courtesy of the fact new carpet had just been fitted.
