Beautiful jewellery, I have 6 rings from this shop now. One arrived damaged and customer service were prompt with getting a new one sent out. When I ordered the wrong size it was really simple to exchange them as well. Quick delivery.

Absolutely love these guys! I order so much, I have my own honu collection, even items they no longer do!! They're attention to detail is amazing. The packaging and delivery time is great. I ordered earrings recently and recieved a free ring as part of their acts on kindness day. I sent a personal message to them on instagram too, they arent like other companies who read and dont respond, they responded with a lovely message. Everything they do is with such a great cause, I feel like I'm part of that cause everytime I wear their items :)

Beautiful jewellery, unfortunately 2 items were missing but I was promptly refunded a gesture of goodwill payment, plus the missing 2 items shipped on the fastest delivery.

Mistakes happen, it’s how you handle them that really show true customer service and this place is fantastic.
