Ordered online and never got a confirmation email but see my cc has been charged…

i had really good expectations, but i was so disappointed in my whole looksky experience

- shipping was so long, longer than what was stated on the website at least - i would’ve been chill if the website stated that 😞
- clothes arrive and fabric quality is trash (it os mostly polyester + nylon so what did i expect) threads are hanging off, seams are ripping mind you i’ve barely touched them yet
- now i like tight fitting clothes, hence why i bought from a place like this where the sizing isn’t too accommodating for people above a size s/m but this was too much: the tops did not look anything like they did on the website as the irl garms were way shorter and didn’t fit like they were supposed to
- FURTHERMORE if you have boobs bigger than a b/c don’t buy from here bc your boobs will take up most of the bloody top and turn everything into a sl**ty crop top and not in a good way (unless that’s what youre looking for that in that case go ahead)
- i ended up deciding to keep only two of the five items i bought, bare in mind they also didn’t look anything like their online counterparts + extremely hard to put on - not good

A brand that is worth the hype! They have the most trendiest designs and the quality equally matches. I was pleasantly surprised that their sizes actually fit petite frames. I am 5’6”with a waist of 23.5 inches, and it is so difficult to find a brand with clothes that actually fit me and are not too large. This brand has surpassed my expectations and I am forever a fan!

I love shopping here! They have the cutest clothes. The fabric is great and so is the quality!! The clothes run true to size and fit great. Everything is so unique! The delivery time is about a week which is awesome!

I bought a puffy sleeves yellow dress and it the sowed part was completely busted in the back next to the zipper. They don’t respond to email and I need to get my money back for this terrible quality product, I was excited as it was a dress I was gonna wear for a friend’s wedding. It also took forever to get here, they lied ab the date as well. Horrible experience.

I've seen tons of ads on Instagram for Looksky & I was very intrigued to try their stuff out! I was not disappointed with anything I picked out, everything was great quality, even better than in the pictures and the fit was great! 10/10 will be picking up more pieces from them!

I have shopped a few times from looksky now and I am pleased with the quality of service and products. My pieces delivered in the time stated and they are true to size and look like the pictures. Overall happy experience.

It was my first time shopping with them and got amazing pieces! I got some crop tops and a few dresses and they’re great quality and fit perfectly! I would for sure buy from them again!

I definitely do not recommend this shop. I should’ve known this site was shady when I received my package over a week after it was due without a receipt; a cheap tactic to prevent people from making returns in a timely manner. The dress feels like cheap plastic, similar to the material of a rain poncho. And I’ve had better quality plastic ponchos. Their return process is via email *request* for a short 14 day period. And they can deny your request for any reason. None of which is disclosed at any point during the purchasing process. I could’ve handled the late shipping (without any updates) and bad quality, but the “returns policy” was straw that broke the camel’s back. I’m never buying from this site or any other fast fashion site again.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had ordering clothes. First of all when I ordered the clothes it said it would take 5-8 days. 10 days later I get a email telling me that my package was finally shipped. I was so confused so I search there website looking for an explanation. Apparently they are experiencing delays but they didn’t make that clear to me in fact it clearly said 5-8 days with no disclaimer whatsoever. Then I also discovered that one of the items I ordered is coming separately because they were out of stock. I only found out they were out of stock days after I ordered because again I did some research on there site, they still let me buy it even though they didn’t have it. There is a huge lack of transparency, and integrity. I will never be shopping here again it has actually been a horrible experience. The first package arrived later then 8 days, the portion that covers the Breast is so small for a medium. The second package was on its way but not anymore because it’s being sent back to the sender for whatever reason. I paid for shipping and it’s really annoying that I had to dig through there FAQs to see the reality of ordering from here.

I was one of the winners of a recent LookSKY giveaway and I love my matching set! The shipping was a bit slow, but communication was fast for the most part, and the package came in good condition. The set is very soft and it looks like the pictures! I am very excited to order from them again.

i won a giveaway and received my dress about a week and a half later! the material is super soft and the dress fit perfectly. it looks so flattering on me!!!

I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of garments I ordered given the low prices. The sizing of everything was perfect too for the clothes that I ordered. Each piece was packaged individually in a bag and protected. The package did take a few weeks to arrive due to closures at the facility related to supply chain issues and not in the company’s control by any means.

Love the dresses I bought, I got so many compliments.

I bought a dress for my gf and she loves it. The quality is good and the material is smooth. I will definitely check out sometime again. Worth every penny.

i absolutely love everything that I’ve gotten from shoplooksky. I’ve received so many compliments and people asking where I got my outfit. I feel so confident and happy whenever I wear my shoplooksky clothes. If you’re thinking about it it’s worth it to buy from shoplooksky, the answer is 100% YESS!

i ordered a dress on April 11th and haven’t received anything about even where it is. it’s April 21. it’s been in the same tracking status since April 13th.

I placed an order for expedited shipping on April 11th and have yet to receive my order still on the 20th.
