quality was good! A nice custom dress for the ocassion. even though i submitted custom measurments, the dress was still big. once i altered it, however, the dress looked and felt perfect. it was a stretchy, velvet material with sequins sprinkled throughougt creating the perfect sparkle. staff was helpful and attentive too.

i was worried this website might just be a scam and nothing will arrive, but alas, 30 days after ordering, it arrived! dress looks exactly like the photo and feels pretty good quality. fits quite well(i didnt give measurements) and i dont think i'll have to get it tailored. overall, the site is real and the dress is exactly as shown, just make sure u order it AT LEAST a month or more prior.

Our dress arrived and it fits like a glove! I can't believe how perfect and beautiful it is.

This is our 4th dress from Shopluu and every one has been beautiful. The response to questions is very fast.

I have been perfecting the process of custom ordering and it works well to take about two inches off the chest measurement and measure the length from the neck hollow to the exact place you want the dress to fall, rather than to the floor.

I think they're very clear up front that there are no refunds and no returns, but the gamble is worth the cost of admission. They really do a great job!

Let me first note that I was nervous when I bought their dress, but it came in BEAUTIFULLY! I bought this dress for prom in a custom size and oh my gosh it fits so perfectly and the material is so nice! I 100% recommend getting measured and to send in the correct measurements because it is SO worth it!

(Ordering)
Literally the only thing that I can say negatively is that I measured my bust improperly, and it came in a little bigger than I needed it to be, and that was a mistake that I PERSONALLY made, not the dress makers, so when submitting measurements make sure that you are exact because it will come exact!

(Material)
It’s very high-quality and very comfortable at the same time! It is made of an outer velvet material with rainbow-y sparkles embedded into the fabric. It has a satin lining with built in bra padding and boning in the front seams. The inner skirt is also a single satin lining. It is so comfy and form fitting!

(Delivery)
Delivery notifications are updated on the Shop App, powered by Shopify, and kept me notified via the FedEx tracking number. The app puts both the shopluu and shipping company information together so it is VERY EASY to navigate and see where my dress it at! It arrived when it was set to!

I am absolutely grateful that it went so smoothly because I was really nervous at first! If I had to buy this dress again, I definitely would! I will DEFINITELY be buying from Shopluu again!

This company had many beautiful dresses to choose from, and the dress we chose and received did not disappoint. I loved how we could custom tailor the dress to my daughter. When we weren’t sure if we would receive the dress in time, we reached out to the company to figure out options. An employee quickly responded and helped solve our issue. The dress we received was beautiful and well made. I cannot wait to see my daughter in it on prom night. We will definitely be purchasing from this company again.

First I will start off with the fact I am NOT an easy size to get a formal gown for. I have a large bus, thinner waist and large hips. Plus to make matters worse I am short.

But shopluu is the first dress store that has not only made the dress they promised on their site, but they made it to fit me like a glove. Its absolutley stunning and I am very excited to wear it to my sister's wedding!!.

Shopluu was fast to respond and work with me on all my questions, and the turn around time to get the dress custom made for me was beyond my expectations. Shirley really made my experience incredible.

I was honestly a bit surprised at the quality of the dress. The dress i got was a floor length velvet off the shoulder. The color was right, little surprised at the glitter, but it was also lined (love that). only issue i had, and it probably was my fault for not removing an inch or two of my measurements, was the bodice and shoulders were way too big. i had to take a good 4 inches off the shoulders, and two inches for the bodice. I don't exactly like how there's zero updates to your order until after it's shipped though. Otherwise it is the perfect prom dress and I'm so excited to wear it to my prom!!

The dress is gorgeous and came pretty fast. It looks exactly like it does in the pictures and I couldn't be happier with it.

Not gonna lie, I didn’t even expect this to be so perfect. It’s way better than I was even hoping for. The stitching is great, the fabric quality is actually way better than I thought. And overall the quality is as good as a custom made dress at a local tailor! I would have probably paid double for this if I had a tailor custom make it! The size and fit is perfect to the measurements! Like for real it’s just right! AND IT WAS MADE AND DELIVERED (to Egypt via DHL) IN 7 DAYS ONLY!!! I made the order on the 31st of Jan, got it on Feb the 7th! Honestly just wow. It’s beyond exceptional. I LOVE IT!

The dress I ordered is good quality and looks like the picture!! The sizings were perfect and it looks lovely. It came super fast in the mail too. The only bad thing about it is that it smelled, which I'm sure can be fixed through a wash, and that there weren't really any delivery updates or tracking.

This company is a SCAM. They delete their reviews that are not 4-5 stars. I left a review yesterday on the website - and it was removed. Their items are non-returnable... per the website it states custom items cannot be returned (understandable) however, I followed all the rules listed (within 7 days of delivery, not worn, washed, damaged and in original packaging) and was told since the item I purchased didn't arrive damaged - it can't be returned. This is a scam

We recently ordered a dress for my daughter's prom. The dress came pretty quickly and was indeed beautiful, however there was an issue with some confusion over the listing info. I e-mailed the company, and they promptly took care of me right away. After having to fight with customer service so many times in the past, this was definitely a breath of fresh air, and I recommend this company 100%!

They are fantastic! My daughter wanted a highly customized dress and we needed it super fast. We ordered it on June 26th, paid for express shipping, and it got here on July 8th! It is absolutely perfect!

I'm super impressed. They responded to numerous emails promptly before the purchase as well.

Gorgeous dress. I had the material changed to have the colour I wanted, so it has different fabric to the picture. Worth every penny.

I ordered a customized dress and it came in 2 sizes too big. I emailed them and they basically told me that I have big hips. The dress is nothing like their website picture. Web pic shows A-line and I received totally opposite. Don't ever buy from them. You will waste your money!

The dress is exactly like the picture and made with nice fabric. I was a little hesitant to buy from this shop because of scams. So I contacted the shop a few times and they were prompt to answer all my questions. The dress was a week later than expected but it's a very busy time for them. To be safe, give them 5 weeks before your event. We did custom measurements and changed the neck of the dress, it fits perfect. It turned out beautiful. I would recommend this shop.
