Dear Shopmeee,

As seen from below, I placed an order for headphones on 17.9, but I have not received any tracking information or updates about the shipment.
If I do not receive a reply with valid tracking details within the next few days, I will open a dispute with PayPal to have the transaction cancelled and my money refunded.
Please confirm the status of my order immediately.

When placing an order on the website it was stated that the order would be delivered within 10 days, you can track the movement using the tracking. In fact, 20 days have passed, there is no tracking, and there are no responses to my 4 e mails.

Keine Reaktion auf einen Garantiefall.

Der Staubsauger ist nicht einmal 1 Jahr alt. Auf mehrmaliger Rückfrage bekam ich bis heute keine Antwort.

Am 17.01.2023 wurde eine E-Mail gesendet auf die bis heute nicht reagiert worden ist. Ich würde dort nicht noch einmal bestellen und auch jedem davon abraten dort zu bestellen. Heute habe ich die E-Mail noch mal versendet in der Hoffnung das sich jemand mal dazu meldet. Wenn sich jemand meldet, überarbeite ich meine Bewertung.

Ignoriert meine Mails zu einem Garantiefall.

Leider keine Rückmeldung zum Garantiefall. Alle Mails werden ignoriert. Sehr schade

Bought a Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite, power button isn't working anymore we are 1 year within guarantee - no reaction to my mails for a few months now.

Bei meinem Xiaomi G9 Staubsauger ist jetzt auch der Akku defekt, nach all den negativen berichten hier, brauche ich ja auf Ersatz nicht hoffen. Ich hab schon mehrere tausend Euro für xiaomi Produkte ausgegeben, aber das wird es jetzt auch gewesen sein. Wie kann an so vielen Geräten nach ein paar Monaten der Akku kaputt gehen, einfach lächerlich

Kein Kundenservice. Garantiefall wird ignoriert

Wir haben einen Xiaomi Mi Vaccuum Cleaner G9 gekauft und waren zu Beginn auch wirklich begeistert von diesem Gerät, allerdings wurde die Akkulaufzeit immer kürzer und reicht mittlerweile bei geringster Leistung noch ca. 2 Minuten. Man kann also nicht mal mehr einen Raum saugen, bevor der Akku leer ist.
Auf Kontaktaufnahme über die angegebene Email-Adresse "service@shopmeee..." erhält man keine Antwort.
Der Xiaomi Deutschland Kundenservice kann hier leider ebenfalls nicht weiterhelfen, da es sich hier um kein europäisches Produkt handelt.
Also bitte finger Weg von diesem Shop auch wenn die Preise verführerisch sind.
@shopmeee bitte Antworten Sie endlich auf unsere Anfrage und lösen Sie diesen Garantiefall.

Don't buy anything at Shopmeee.com!!! The seller tells you to have a customer service but in the case of problems they glare at ignoring your emails.

Furthermore it's really unclear if Shopmeee.com is really an official authorized Xiaomi seller.

In conclusion don't shop there it's the worst online-seller I've seen in my life!

Xiaomi Mi G9 nach nicht einmal 6 Monaten defekt --> somit in der Garantiezeit! Anfrage über Akkutausch oder Geräterückgabe wird seit 3 Monaten ignoriert! Auch nach mehrmaligen "Remindern", keine einzige Rückmeldung von Shopmeee!!!

Xiaomi Mi G9 nach 6 Monaten defekt. Kein Kontakt möglich, man bekommt einfach keine Antwort. Finger weg von diesem Anbieter.

Kein Service im Garantiefall, mehrere Anfragen an die angegebene Mailadresse wurden ignoriert. Unser Staubsauger war nach 4 Monaten kaputt und bekommen keine Unterstützung. Günstig ja, aber kein Service wenn Probleme auftreten. Keine Option für die Zukunft.

Very unsatisfied with the customer service.
Xiaomi G9 Vakuum cleaner battery last only 45sec. after 6month. It’s obviously damaged and an known problem.
No reply and no support by the customer service.
I really can’t recommend to buy anything on shopmeee.

Product defective (Xiaomi G9 vacuum cleaner) after a few months. Store does not respond to emails and inquiries via online chat. Battery problems are well reported and should be easy to handle for shopmeee with Xiaomi. German Xiaomi customer service doesn't want to help since "product was not made for the European market" - also very helpful. Definitely not recommended to buy from this shop. In my opinion, rather spend 10€ more and buy from a shop in the Germany or th EU where you get a decent customer service!
