Extremely Disappointed — Do Not Order From NutraPure

I accidentally placed an order due to NutraPure's not-so-user-friendly website and contacted customer service within TWO MINUTES of placing the order. I was told the order would be canceled and that I would receive a full refund.

That did not happen. The order was never canceled and was delivered anyway.

I immediately contacted customer service again and explained that the package was 100% unopened—it was still sealed in the original mailing envelope. I was asked to provide pictures of the unopened product, which I did. I was then told my emails and photos were being “escalated for further review” to determine if a return was possible.

Excuse me? I canceled the order within TWO MINUTES and was specifically told it would be canceled and fully refunded. Now my completely unopened return needed “further investigation”? Ridiculous.

After THREE WEEKS of back-and-forth nonsense, I finally received an email making it sound as though they were doing me a “huge favor” by issuing a refund—minus shipping and handling.

So, in the end, I'm losing $10 in shipping costs for an item that should never have been shipped in the first place because I was told the order was canceled.

The entire experience has been frustrating, unnecessarily difficult, and handled poorly from start to finish. Customer service made a promise they did not honor, and I am now paying for their failure to cancel the order as promised.

Do yourself a favor and do not order from NutraPure.

I ordered from Amazon and it was the fake one so I ordered the real berberine from nutrapure and I can see a difference

Excellent customer service, excellent products.

After receiving the order I was reading the ingredients and I noticed that one of them is one that I can’t take with my medication. I reached out to customer service and they were able to get me taken care of. It did take some time for a response but I am very pleased with the results.

My problem was finally resolved and I do appreciate it.. thank you.

I notified customer service that one of my Berberine bottles arrived broken by shipping upon arrival and within 3 days a replacement bottle was shipped out. Great service!

I’ve rated 4 because I feel your company misleads customers a little bit. I ordered your products which I haven’t received as of 7/8/26, but checking on my order I seen where my order showed it to be a subscription order which I didn’t authorize, so that was why I was upset. You corrected the problem and Inwas satisfied.

They refunded me woth no problems when I didn't receive my shipment
