Extremely difficult to cancel

The fitting process was time consuming. When the night guards finally arrived, they were very uncomfortable. After stretching them out they did fit better, and I continue to wear them.

The most difficult part was cancelling the subscription. I don’t need two night guards every 6 month, but it took several months and multiple emails to finally get the account cancelled. Not worth the effort.

I initially left a very good review because their fitting process worked well however it has been a month and they sent and billed me twice for night guards for my wife and did away with my impressions that I sent them. I have tried numerous times to call and leave messages and they have never called back. I will file a charge back with my credit card on the multiple charges.

Impressed customer…

I have been using Remi night guards for 5 years. I had problems getting fitted for my first night guard. Remi did a video call with me to help me through the process. I have been purchasing new ones from them since. I had a issue arise just recently and Remi fixed the issue right away at no cost to me. I am very impressed with their customer support and service. They have been outstanding to deal with.

I was unable to complete my impressions…

I was unable to complete my impressions because of time constraints. I returned my unopened impression kit for a complete refund. Their customer service was very responsive and upon REMI receiving my unopened impression kit, I was given a full refund on a very timely basis. Wonderful company to deal with.

Remi has been great to work with

Remi has been great to work with. Before Remi I was struggling with cracking teeth from night clenching. They also helped me with creating new molds after dental work at no additional cost.

I love these

I love these. They have stopped my jaw pain and clenching is minimal now. I use top and bottoms to begin and now I just switch them out every other night. They last a long time this way.

I deal with TMJ issues

I deal with TMJ issues, and this night guard has helped reduce the strain on my jaw. It doesn’t completely solve everything, but it definitely makes things more comfortable.

Still Charging Me After Multiple Cancellations Attempts - BEWARE!

I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Remi. I tried to cancel my subscription multiple times through email support, yet they have continued to charge my account without my consent.

There is no clear confirmation process, and even after taking the proper steps to cancel, the billing does not stop. Trying to get this resolved has been time-consuming and unproductive, with little accountability from the company.

After looking into it further, I found that this is not an isolated issue. There are hundreds if not thousands of other customers reporting the exact same problem, which makes it hard to believe this is accidental.

At this point, I’ve had to consider going through my bank just to stop the charges, which should never be necessary for something as simple as canceling a subscription.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. EVER.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The company is such a scam honestly. The night guards fit awfully even though I had them assist me in taking molds and when I tried to cancel it, they told me I either had to renew once again before I could cancel or I could pay them $40. Just another shitty company trying to scam you out of money and claim it's "just in the fine print". Their customer service is difficult to get in touch with, dishonest, and overall unhelpful.

Good Mouthguards
