Stole thousands from their customers
They closed, lied and continue to do so…They owe so many people money, say they are opening back up when in fact they are not. They show that they are based out of Nevada but it is obvious that they are not by the communication and recent postings on their social media.
Their website, social media and FB are still up. The emails I have received are a different lie and story every time. I can do without the money, it’s the fact they get to lie and scam people, is beyond me. Be honest with your customers…Silk & Salt is owned by Liat Tessone. She also runs a company called Yourstory-group which specializes in e-commerce and helping other companies sell their products. I’m sorry, what?
TERRIBLE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS PARTNERS
Ive been an affiliate of theirs for 3 months, ive made a lot of sales for them and not even i never got the money that i was workingfor but for one year now they wont even reply to any of my emails and other contact forms!

Love their clothing! The only reason why I wont' rate them 5 stars is because their customer service sucks! They take forever to answer or they don't answer at all (this is critical if I'm supposed to be a part of their ambassadors)

Staycation set sizing way off 5'0" 98lbs
I ordered the staycation sweatset in two colors, and while the shirt and duster fit great, the pants are far too tight (I got the set in XS). They fit like leggings and give me a huge cameltoe. I am 5'0" and 98lbs, i'm not sure who these pants would fit! I've sent in an email to see if I can exchange them for a size up.

Keep your money
This company uses misleading (i.e. illegal) marketing practices to ensure they keep your money for good once you purchase.
I ordered 2 clothing items - something I rarely do from random sites - but I was in a crunch for an outfit for a themed event. On each product page, right next to the 'Add to Cart' button, they claim 'Free Returns. No Hassle,' so I was comfortable ordering. No mention of exchange only or final sale ANYWHERE on the page.
Once I tried to initiate a return, I went to a portal where the only option was to report a damaged item. They claim one item can only be exchanged because it was on sale (note: 80%+ of their items are on sale, and the others are exorbitantly expensive, a tactic they use so that you only buy sale items and thus they guarantee they'll keep your money once spent), and the other item is final sale. The only indication of an item being final sale is it being linked in their 'final sale' section, but there are plenty of other ways to navigate to that item (e.g. a direct link, in the tops section, or under product recommendations when viewing another item) where there is zero indication that the item is final sale.
I've gone back and forth with support, and they've offered me additional store credit as a resolution after I've repeatedly asked for a refund because of their intentionally misleading advertising.
Looking forward to their overly sweet response to this where they'll claim to reach out and resolve the issue for me.
Low Quality Cheap Clothes, Delivery Times a Lie
Firstly, don't believe the 2-6 day shipping. Reading the comments it is consistently a lie. I ordered on June 7th, it arrived on June 22nd. They will claim a "technical glitch", as they did to many commenters below but unless they use technology from 1962 it's really just a lie. Instead, they charge you $20 for 15-day shipping!
Second thing - their prices are misleading. I thought it was a good deal to get a bunch of stuff on apparent super-sale - I paid $50 for a dress and a jumpsuit (with delivery). The famous peacock-looking midi dress, advertised as $132 originally. No way! The actual clothes are more like H&M or Forever21 quality, def way lower than Zara, GAP etc. As such, with the thin, cheap unlined cotton even $25 a piece seems over the odds, tbh - Might pay $15 each and that is it. No point returning as they don't refund and I imagine all their stuff is trash.
Save your money and shop a brand that actually delivers on promises and sells actual quality clothing.

The fit and quality of the dress I purchased is downright awful. It’s no wonder it’s been marked down from $132 to $30, even $30 is too much for something this poorly made!
