To clarify, the set purchased was listed as a Clearance / Final Sale item at the time of purchase, and our final sale policy is clearly stated within the product description and checkout terms. Final sale items are discounted accordingly and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We understand that texture and structure can sometimes feel different in person compared to photos, and we appreciate you noting your experience.
