This site is a scam. Payments will be processed but your order will never ship. Customer service is a shell email address. There are tons of complaints across social media about them for good reason. Under no circumstances should you do business with this site.

I ordered a mahjong mat on 4/29 and finally received it on 5/18, only after multiple attempts to get any information on my order. It took a few weeks to even get a simple reply via email, with an excuse that they were behind in the warehouse. I also received a more prompt response regarding the ship date from their text line: 561.556.8046. Luckily I love the item so I don't have to deal with the poor return experience others have had. But they should not operate an online business if they can't handle the orders.

BEWARE: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
I ordered two items from this site. The first I decided I decided I didn’t want once I got it, so I returned it per their instructions. (Note: They make your pay for shipping it back, as well as deducting the shipping to you. Seems cheap, but there you are). I got a return authorization, and confirmation from USPS that it was delivered to them. However, they did not give me my refund, and did not respond to either email or telephone calls asking about it.
The second item was advertised as an 8x10 picture frame. When I got it, it turned out to be a metric size that is slightly smaller than 8x10 (for your metric nerds, 20cm by 25 cm). Great for Europeans, but not useable with an 8x10 item. Under the circumstances, I felt they should be responsible for the shipping. They did not respond to my emails or phone calls.
So—only order from them if you are sure that you want the item, and don’t care if it matches the description!

Returns are a gotcha. You pay to ship it back. Even if you did not pay for them to ship it due to free shipping they deduct crazy shipping amounts from your return, higher than if you paid fr shipping in first place. Never again will I look at their site.

negative zero stars!!!! This store is garbage and any good reviews must be written by employees. The owner is a thief selling damaged merchandise and charges 25.00 restocking fees. Stay away from this .net merchant (.net is the older site). They have a new internet address to steal more money shoptheaddison.com/ :Butch is a thief that stole my money!!!
