Scammers and thief's, my shipment reached their warehouse through DHL from Italy I tracked it to the Houston address delivered and signed but shop to my door denied getting the package. That's how I lost a gold chain, belt, wallet and other items in the year 2017, I'm writing this in 2021, please be careful as they have another name now (Shiptonaija.com)

Where are these 5-star reviews coming from?

Got a laptop 2 batteries and a hard drive from eBay and was all at their warehouse on July the 20th 2020. They wasted one week trying to find and gather my items together, then another one wasting my time telling me that they would consolidate my items which they didn't. Desperate, I paid for a 12-day air basic shipping on August 3 2020 and I got my item in 44 days after going to their office on September 3 2020. Pathetic.
For the batteries of the same laptop I had to pay for ocean freight of 7 weeks. It didn't leave the warehouse till October 3rd 2020. As I write this review this day November 18 2020, 6 weeks after, my laptop batteries haven't landed in Nigeria. I'm still using a fake I bought at a store and haven't been able to work efficiently because of Shoptotheirdoor.
If you like your rest of mind, don't use Shoptomydoor

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS PEOPLE..THIS IS THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY OF ALL TIME..YOU WILL BLAME YOURSELF FOR IT..NO MATTER HOW YOU TRY YOU WON'T GET YOUR PACKAGE AND IS GOING TO BE DIFFERENT DAY DIFFERENT STORY..THEY'RE CROOKS AND SCAMMING WITH THEIR EXPONENTIAL CHARGES.

They scammed me by billing me excessively by separating the items i shopped instead of consolidating the items as promised by them to me before engaging them. They went further to withheld my wristwatch even when i paid the invoices they issued to me and i had to involve FCCPC to eventually get my wristwatch from them. At the end,I discovered that they had tampered with my wristwatch. Pls people out there, avoid this company so that you dont regret like me.

It was my first time to use shop to my door and I will say that It was a great and satisfied experience. My contact person was Yinka and she was very friendly and offered a wow service to me and guess what my goods arrived in Canada even before the expected date. Thank you for your great services

Sometimes in the month of May, I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge from eBay at a cost of $24 and was delivered to my unit address, at the Houston warehouse. which was promptly acknowledged by shoptomydoor. May 6th I choose the Ocean Standard (which literally supposed to take 9week to deliver to my local address) as a method of shipment and made payment. But to my utmost surprise, the shipment did not leave the warehouse until July 30th,(twelve weeks after payment) when the status change to in transit. However, now its nowhere to be found as the shipment tracking brings no result.
Now to the main reason for the review, this item was bought at a ridiculous bottom price and shipping method was lower as well so a win-win for me, but the game plan of the American Airsea cargo often comes in at this junction as they will declare the item missing and offer to give you the value of the item so indirectly you will be forced to exchange your hard earn bottom price item for them at the cost price without profit. Am writing this review to preempt them when the will offer to pay me $45 for the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge.
Anyway, I will not concede defeat, this time around but ready to drag the company to a court of law, if this ugly trend shows its face again. BE WARNED........

They are bunch of thieves and scammers, time wasters, evil doers, in a country were integrity counts,this company would have been sued a million times by different customers in fact they wouldn't exist. I actually read the bad reviews from people before using them right after the lockdown but because I had no option, I fell into there trap. I have never blamed myself this much all through my life
