We understand how frustrating it is when an order does not arrive exactly as expected. In this case, the drone itself was supplied, but we accept that the separate spare battery you ordered was missing. Once this was raised with us, we worked to get the missing item sent out, and our records show that the replacement battery was delivered last week.
That said, we are sorry that the overall experience has not met the standard you expected from us. We do use trusted suppliers to fulfil some items, but we fully understand that your order is with Shop Unlimited and we remain responsible for helping to resolve customer issues.
