I ordered Philips Lumea 9000 , it took long for some delivery technical issues but I received so I mast say it’s a trust worthy online Shoping, to be honest I recommend it

The product is as expected, only shipping took a long time due to Black friday.

Update 20/12: pakket ontvangen ze hebben zelfs er. Extra priority zending verstuurd. Dus wel betrouwbaar gelukkig en de Lumea ontvangen.
Update 20/12: veel mail gehad en waarschijnlijk krijg ik mijn pakket met een extra levering op de 22e. Lijkt toch wel een betrouwbare site te zijn.
Update 18/12: ik kreeg toch een reactie op mijn mail. Mogelijk komt het toch goed. Dan meld ik het.

17/12: Op 7 december een IPL besteld en nog niks ontvangen na 10 dagen! Mail gestuurd en nog geen reactie.

Op 30 november een Philips Lumea besteld, maar deze pas op 19 december ontvangen. Op de website stond 5-7 dagen, maar het duurde dus een stuk langer. Klantenservice reageert netjes met de mededeling dat het pakket vertraagd is door drukte bij DHL. Status van het pakket bleef lang hangen, waardoor ik eerst dacht dat het pakket niet zou binnenkomen. Gelukkig toch in keurige staat ontvangen

Rather quickly received a message of shipping, but after that it took almost 3 weeks before the shipment arrived. Most irritating here was the fact that the shipment state on DHL remained the same (digital announced but not physical booked). This raised suspension of some kind of scam. Luckily after a contact (by mail) it finally arrived. So in the end all good

I have had answers about the delay for delivery...all is fine now. Parcel received and nice choice of products

I ordered a Philips Lumea 9000 IPL on November 20th. A DHL label was created, but the parcel was never scanned or handed over to DHL. The shop kept blaming “DHL delays,” even though DHL confirmed no shipment existed. I have filed a chargeback for item not received. Sharing this to warn others.
Update:
After further communication, the seller acknowledged the delay and took responsibility for the delivery issues. We were able to reach a final settlement where I kept the item at a significantly reduced price as compensation for the inconvenience. While the process was stressful and communication could have been clearer from the beginning, the matter was ultimately resolved.

I ordered Philips lumea from this store .I had my concerns firstly for the product and it's price of 299euros but I have to admit that I got the product in a perfectly packaged package, everything was inside ,every lens .

The communication with the costumer servicss it takes a while (24-48 hours ) but definitely the team when responding they make you happy and fulfil your wishes

Am using now the machine .Am on my second session and have seen a bit difference so the machine is working perfectly

De levering duurde een beetje langer dan verwacht, maar het product kwam in perfecte staat aan. De klantenservice reageerde erg snel en was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Over het algemeen een goede ervaring met Shopzapper.
