Cheap plastic crap! don't be fooled by the slick video's
the shower head made absolutely no difference to the pressure of the spray. Tried to cancel the order 5 minutes
after purchasing, they took a week to reply to my emails
then said it was too late has they had dispatched.

If you like wasting money then carry on! I wished I'd walked on by.....

I have had 2 showery showerheads. The ecoflow 1.0 and 2.0 both have broken in the same way after warranty ran out. Something broke inside the showerheads which stopped them working. They are not made of premium products as stated by showery but plastic. I emailed showery and all I was offered was a discount the same discount you get offered in the site. Customer service poor takes them 3 days plus to reply to emails. I will not be purchasing anymore showery products and have since found a new showerhead on Amazon does the same thing at a quarter of the price.

We have very little water pressure on the second floor with all of the other shower heads we have tried. With Showery we get all of the pressure we like

The second Showery shower head arrived today and is cheap plastic rubbish that leaks and sprays in all directions.

Showery.com sells excellent products. My whole family is using them. It's a joy to shower using their shower heads and water filters.

Careful with this company. It looks like a very slick UK website, but feels like a Chinese front. Parts took weeks to arrive that we suspect came direct from China. Poorly packaged and all very plastic and cheap looking including the fittings that did not seal properly. They do work but were sold and priced as a quality product which they are not. Binned them and bought Aqualisa.

Easy to install and a noticeable difference in shower quality

I tried to buy one item from this site. They kept suggesting I should order another for a discount. I did not need another. I thought I had clicked no and yet another 2 items were added that I did not want. I could not find a way to alter my order. When I immediately emailed to explain my problem I was told it was too late as the items had been despatched. I would never use this website again and would warn other users to be very careful when they order.

Ordered placed 9 April.Email to say order has order is on its way 11 April. Order tracking does not work and despite emails chasing order no-one has replied. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! I feel like the others we have been SCAMMED

Ordered on the website after great reviews, what a rip off company, please don't buy from them, no service, response from numerous emails i have sent.
I ordered nearly 2 weeks ago, and nothing, but your order has been sent.
Don't know if it will eventually arrive, but think not, and what quality.
Please do not buy from this company, if you want service, quick delivery and support, because you won't get it.

I purchased a shower head it took over a month to get it and when it arrived it had no parts to install it . No adapter no hose no washers. It comes with nothing for 45 dollars. It’s the exact shower head that shower envy sell for half the price and comes with everything to install it. DO NOT BUT FROM SHOWERY

Ordered shower, money taken out of account, no confirmation email. Contacted them and they told me I had not ordered from them I had ordered from Showery Bristol. I told them the website as there was no such website showery Bristol- I had ordered from them 2 months previously and the name on my bank statement was Showery Bristol ie the same place. Have heard nothing now for days. No email and no product arrived. Do not use this company. Dreadful customer service.

Terrible terrible customer service and frustrating experience with Showery. Misleading statement with regards to "Try it for 60 days, risk-free. Love it or your money back!" After trying thier product ( being risk free! ) contacted them as I wasnt happy with their product and wanted a refund, only to be offered a partial refund of £19 when I originally paid £37.99 along with a reply back of "Unfortunately, we're unable to resell returned products". No offer of a full refund? Therefore how are customers supposed to try your shower heads or any other Showery products without using/try it. Misleading to say risk free when customers are at risk as a soon as they use their products. Companies such as Hansgrohe, Grohe to name a few all happily take returns after use, offer excellent customer service and at the same time do enough to save on wastage, water use and limit environmental damage. Along with offering much better quality made products. After going back and forth with so many time wasting emails I'm still waiting for my partial refund, when I should be receiving back full amount of £37.99, assuming at the time my purchase was "risk free". I should have checked all reviews online as noticed much more worst reviews on Trust pilot....noticed they bad reviews under Showery UK

An absolute scam of a company! I ordered a shower head, replacement beads and the hose for around £47. When I recieved it, it was such cheap plastic quality that you could tell would instantly burst open if it hits anywhere. When I tied to return, they refused! I told them to stop fooling around (its my rights) and process my return, still refused and said they couldn't resell tested products. Luckily I paid with Klarna and raise an issue with them (apparently showery had not responded to them either). After 18 days of trying to return the product, I told them to respond to Klarna! They then offered to refund, but did not process a return for me as it was not in their "terms and conditions". My next email to them was -

"It is also within your terms and conditions that

"If we breach these Terms or are negligent, we are liable to you for foreseeable loss or damage that you suffer as a result. By ‘foreseeable’ we mean that, at the time these Terms were formed, it was either clear that such loss or damage would occur, or you and we both knew that it might reasonably occur, as a result of something we did (or failed to do)."

"We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently."

"The laws of England and Wales apply to these Terms"

You absolutely failed to uphold the terms within your terms and conditions. You failed to apply England and Wales law and you failed to resolve any dispute quickly and efficiently.

You wasted my time and continued to breach my consumer rights. You should have foreseen this loss to me. It's very obvious if you don't uphold your end of the terms.

Luckily, I'm a solicitor and I know my rights and i can put a price to my time !

In lieu of damages, I requested that you cover the my return label. Or else I can escalate this one step further. "

They had instantly refunded the whole thing without needing a return!

Absolute awful company! There are thousands of people who just would not know what to say in these situations and fight back! And people are just out of pocket and stuck with a product they don't want!.

Anyone dealing with something like this - please feel free to use an amended version of my email with the terms and conditions.

Excellent customer service. Fantastic eco-friendly products. Unfortunately couldn't return my shower caddy that didn't fit, but they did refund me half of the purchase cost. Love the shower head, great quality

This goes out to my RV community. Showery has the answer to low pressure, hard water showers. The shower head is easy to install and incredibly powerful. The small ‘stones’ turn the hardest water soft which is a gift to your skin and hair. Thank you Showery for your fantastic products.

It’s like having a buddy beside you checking on your final product

I am classing the one star as a ZERO star. I wasted £44.99 on a shower head and hose with PLASTIC fittings which broke all most straight away. It took me several emails before they replied (it says they respond within 24 hours) a lie. because this item broke straight away the law states (in UK) that this dreadful company MUST PAY FOR THE RETURN. But being greedy and totally not bothered about customers they REFUSED. So I am out of pocket by £6.99 . Save your money there are much cheaper online and they are not made of CHEAP plastic fittings.They should be ashamed of themselves
