Excellent product, powerful even on electric shower.Fast delivery

This is our 2nd one and love it. You can tell the difference between this and an ordinary head. Communications great and will continue to use.

A great product. It really does help the water pressure and you certainly get a great shower with this shower head.

Love the Showery Shower Head. It's everything it says in the promo, I especially love the on/off button, it's an excellent addition to any shower head. The 3 settings are very good, and the water is much softer

The item never arrived. I have now moved but three months after I ordered it so...

I am pleased with showery ,you can tell its filtered out all the lime in our hard water area from the shower glass ,it's not covered in hard water marks .my hair is feeling silkier and my dry skin especially on my legs are not looking so crocodile scalley will need to order more of filters .only thing is shower holes keep clogging with lime scale but just nail brush it off .also appreciate on /off,water flow on shower head ..

I like the products that you sell, I’m currently waiting for a delivery to come. The one with the fan in it in blue. I think that even when not on sale or discounted the prices are quite reasonable for the items they present. Upon reflection, my only criticism really would be the delivery time. It’s quite a lengthy time frame between order confirmation and delivery received. Having said that, I’m not sure how this pandemic is effecting the company so I think a little patience is fair right now.

Shower head not as powerful as one with beads in only appears to have two speeds regular and narrow jet.
Sufficient for our needs though

I had initially contacted them through their website's "contact us" form with a few simple questions regarding their largest kit. After two weeks of no response, their website guarantees 24-hour responses, I sent an e-mail to the info email requesting an update regarding my questions and received a message saying "How can we help you?" I responded to the email with the same questions and thanked them for their time - thinking some error must have happened previously.

Several days go by and no response. I reached out again with my previous emails information and several weeks later no response - It has been weeks since and I sent one more email without the expectation of a reply.

IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT SALES INQUIRIES HOW DO YOU THINK THEY WILL TREAT THEIR AMAZING TRIAL AND WARRANTY?.. BAD!

Several other websites sell the exact same Chinese-made shower heads for cheaper, including amazon which sells it for a bit more than the bulk buy websites that sell for about $20 per unit.

If you're having trouble finding the alternatives just search "Showery" on google and navigate through the images to find the other websites/links.

Initially after ordering I got great response including a USPS tracking number. Then after a number of emails to them I checked with the Post Office and they had the tracking number but nothing had been sent after 4 weeks. No respond from Showery. Time to check in with the BBB

The product took a little over a month to arrive, so we're off to a good start. However, it arrived broken - a large gap in the seal at the swivel head had water spraying everywhere. I contacted support immediately; they requested pictures, which I sent. Their response to photos of the broken product was to send me a link to an installation video as if the water spraying was my fault. After the rudeness, I decided on a refund instead of a replacement and they told me I was outside the 30-day money back offer. I told them since I hadn't received it within 30 days, that was shady practice and I was going to report them to the BBB, at which point they immediately responded with an offer for half my money back. No, thanks, keep your bribe. I'll stick to my report.

It's OK, but maybe our pressure isn't very good, as the water doesn't come out as powerfully as it looks in the video. Also with the holes on the other side, we thought we could change it over.

Good shower head, easy to fit and good pressure.

2 months, never arrived, horrible tracking (in house on website), customer service wont tell me what carrier or tracking number. Once I asked for a refund they stop responding. Had to file with my bank for chargeback. Would give zero stars if I could.

I've only been using my new showerhead for a few days, but I LOVE it.

The cons:
* It took a little over a month to arrive. That's the only reason I knocked a star off.
* On the rainfall and massage settings, it emits kind of a humming noise. (I use the middle setting, though, and there's no noise.)
* The rainfall setting is just a little too much pressure.

The pros:
* Easy to install.
* The pressure on the middle setting (part massage, part rainfall) is PERFECT. It feels amazing. I have very thick hair and it seems to take half as long to rinse the shampoo/conditioner out.
* My skin feels cleaner.

If you're on the fence about ordering one, it's time to jump!

I have had my showery shower head for about 18 months and have also purchased replacement stones. It is excellent. Our water here (South East) is very hard but the shower head makes the water soft and my hair has also benefitted from the use of this.

I have bought these before and am very pleased. We live in a hard water area and I descale them regularly using white vinegar. Very efficient at saving water despite a powerful spray which does not scatter water everywhere.
Delivery a little slow and no email to keep me notified of delivery. A small point hence 4 stars and not 5. Would recommend.

Ordered my second shower as a spare for when I want to clean my old one to give me time, no problem ordering and arrived in good time just as ordered.
