Your service was great. Your independent shredder seems not very accommodating if they service residential locations between 9 and 11 am weekdays and most people work during those hours. not useful to me.

The appointment was set up 2 hours after I called. They were able to come to our home the next day. I received a call from the driver on the day of shredding, The driver said he would arrive within the hour. The driver showed up 45 minutes later. Loaded up the documents and the process was completed in 5 minutes. The entire process could not have been any easier. Thank you!

I was told I would get a call back in 5 minutes to schedule a shredding. That was at 5:40. It is now 6:07. Disappointed. I very badly need a Friday shredding.

I would have preferred to deal completely by email as requested

How can I review, when you have not provided even a return answer to my questions. Which are can you shred in my area on Thursdays. That is all I need to know, but I need to know now, so at this point you would not receive a good score.

I had a return call within minutes of placing the request.

I filled out the Quote request form - with details that I was interested in having paper shred quarterly. Then I received a phone call from someone who asked me the SAME QUESTIONS I already filled out - only to tell me that someone else would be calling me shortly to give me a quote. Then I received an email saying the same thing. Then someone else called me with the quote (this was the only helpful part of the entire process), then I got this email requesting I give you my opinion. There was a LOT of wasted time for something that could have been so simple... and here I am wasting more time telling you about it. And what's more - you're asking me to rate a company that I haven't yet used - all I did was request a quote.

I will recommend Shred Nations to everyone. The response was fast, and very professional. Customer service was courteous and knowledgable.

Juan called me on Monday after i spoke with Cindy at Shred Nations to set up appointment in hollywood for the following Saturday. I told Juan I'll call and check with home owner what time on Saturday works for her. So Juan said he will call me back. After a few days of waiting i sent Juan and email asking for a Saturday appointment and to call me back and left my number again. Now it's Saturday and he hasn't returned my email or called back. I should have check reviews for who services hollywood ares before trying to make an appointment.

I have No return calls for requested shredding of documents for my business. Do you not need the business?????
