Do not use this company!!! They tie you into a 12 month contract and then automatically renew it with no correspondence and expect you to pay for another 12 months whether you want the service or not!!! Be warned, don't go anywhere near this crooked mob

I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the service you have received from us.
Our service terms and conditions are clearly outlined in our contracts, and these do communicate our cancellation policy. Your contract would have rolled over for another term if you hadn't cancelled within the timeline outlined in your contract. This is quite standard for business-to-business services, and I can only apologise if you are disappointed by this; however, it would have been something you agreed to by signing the contract.
I do, however, understand that this is not convenient if the services are no longer needed. If your business has had a change in circumstances, please let me know, and I’ll see if there are any options we have for you. Just as simple as it states. Bag your shredding, get it picked up, pay, then job done. All sorted with a minimum of fuss and nonsense. Great job and great comms.

This was the first time I have used Shred Station. Starting with a phone call to the end shredding carried out at my home,the service was 5* ….Wayne the driver was a lovely person very pleasant and kind,he carried the boxes to the van for me.I was able to watch the shredding been carried out which gave me peace of mind.
We could do with more people like Wayne in this world………Would highly recommend Shred Station.

Peace of mind service
Driver and vehicle arrived as per tracking info, paperwork for destruction transferred to vehicle and immediately dealt with on site and later I was emailed a certificate of destruction as promised. Good efficient peace of mind service at a very reasonable cost.

Fantastic service from start to finish
This is the second time of using shred station and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
The first time I was tasked through work to find a company to remove over 20 years of old paperwork. Shred stations quote was by far the cheapest I was able to get and everything was plain sailing so I didnt hesitate to use them again while clearing my mums house of years of old paperwork. Again the quote was fantatic and worth every penny. The driver David not only turned up when expected, he changed his route to ensure he was at the property in plenty of time to suit our tight deadline. He was polite, friendly and professional, as were the sales team I initially dealt with and the finance team I spoke to when paying the invoice.
I highly recommend this company for your shredding needs

Great service
Great service, came on the day as stated and were happy to take all the bags even though it was more than I had previously stated. Very helpful and friendly. No issues unlike other shredding company's I have used, who refused to take bags as they were slightly heavy. Would highly recommend Shred Station.

HASSLE FREE SECURE SHREDDING
