Order was expected to take 7-14 days with the promise of communication if expected longer than this. No update provided and had to chase, not once twice! Ended up waiting and additional 2 weeks. Communication was seriously lacking and was left feeling frustrated. Sorry to say it but based on my experience i would not recommend

We bought a beautiful Berkeley Design media unit from SD after weighing them up against other resellers. We’re so glad we picked SD. The service from Jacob was second to none - always very easy to contact and get a reply from. The delivery went smoothly and I especially liked the follow-up by the company founder to check that I was happy with everything. Such genuine customer service and care is a rarity these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to use SD again and have also recommended them to friends who have just bought their first home. Well done SD, you’re doing everything right!

Such a firm of professionals! I was told about Shropshire by my sister who had bought a lot of things for their new home. I have had mixed experiences buying furniture online in the past so I always try to go on word of mouth. As they did with my sister, I had an impeccable experience. Their website is gorgeous and you don’t have to wade through irrelevant products. The aftercare - in arranging delivery and then making the delivery, and then following up to make sure I was happy with everything felt really rare - most online companies just drop ship and forget. I know from my sister that if anything does go wrong (things happen!) they’ll be quick to sort everything out and always do it with a smile. Thank you Team Shropshire!!! Shropshire design was a fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. Great classy designs, appropriate prices and phenomenal customer service. The gold standard for companies, would go back to them again and again.

As an Interior Designer, I expect a basic level of professional service and product safety. Shropshire Design has failed on both counts.

I am currently stuck with a 100kg stone table that is fundamentally unstable and a "topple hazard" in a home with a four-year-old. Despite Shropshire Design admitting in writing that it "poses a safety risk," since it's impossible to argue with the very clear video footage. A hollow lightweight wood base with a 100kg marble top. They have refused an immediate refund, attempting to blame "uneven flooring" (on a brand-new, professionally leveled floor) to avoid their legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act.

The delivery experience via Furdeco was shambolic. Other items arrived damaged, adding further delays and stress.

I have been chasing a return for stools since 10th February. It has been over six weeks of "chasing the supplier" and stalling tactics.

Shropshire Design appears to prioritize protecting their margins over customer safety and statutory rights. I have been forced to escalate this to a formal bank dispute and Trading Standards. Trade and residential customers: proceed with extreme caution.

What a fab experience I had. Competitive prices and an excellent level of service from the whole company from ordering to delivery. Brilliant.

Fabulous diffuser smells divine and lasts for months

What a fabulous experience from start to finish with Shropshire Design! I love the smell of the beautiful Citrus Verbena home fragrance diffuser. It really is a show stopper to look at as it is huge!

I purchased a side table from this Company. Beautiful design, it arrived well packed and there were no issues with delivery. A good Company to deal with from ordering to delivery.

I had a perfect overall experience in finding, ordering and receiving my drinks cabinet. There was a slight hiccup in that the bar was missing a couple of its feet, but the company remedied it quickly, sending replacements out in just two days, direct from their manufacturer. They always replied to my enquiries very quickly and went above and beyond at every turn.

I found SD in a panic after I ordered with another business that has since gone bankrupt and didn’t deliver. I was happy to have found the same item for a little cheaper but with great, fast and efficient service. They have a gorgeous selection of products and I didn’t have to wade through lots of mediocre products to find what I wanted.

Great experience, value and after service help from the store. They arranged my furniture to be delivered to my holiday home on the Isle of Man (most companies do not deliver to us here at all). Order arrived today and I am delighted about the way it is packaged and is exactly as described.

Love this company. Amazing selection of items and usually at better prices. But they also have great service. I would always choose a buy from a small company that cares over a big company where I am just a number.

Fantastic experience, I am a returning customer as they have an amazing range of home scent diffusers and always post it to me the next day after ordering. The last one I ordered arrived completely smashed/leaked, but they just send a brand new one out next day after emailing. Superb service, I say!
