This was our first time using Class Travel, following a recommendation. We were very happy and impressed with the service. The driver was very professional and punctual, he drove well and the car provided was a good standard. We hit a large traffic jam on the return from Birmigham Airport, but the driver took it all in his stride despite him being caught in a 2 hour motorway hold up prior to our pick up. We would definitely use again.

Having used them twice now, there is no other company for me. Always punctual, cars are spotless, drivers are well presented and alert! Crucial when your pick up time is 3am. I’ve used other companies and found the driver half asleep which is somewhat worrying. Return journey is that same - punctual, careful driving. Wouldn’t use anyone else

I asked for a rife to the airport. The process of booking was simple, the car was on time and the driver a very nice and professional person. I will.alwats use for long distance drives by preference.

First-class service overall. Pick-up for trarvel both to and from Birmingham Airport was on time with luggage assistance at both ends. The journeys both ways were comfortable and relaxed despite horrendouss traffic on the M6 (going south), and patchy fog in the Birmingham area on our night-time return. This was a most pleasant experience overall and will definitely use Class Travel again.

First time of using Class Travel. They ferried us to Oakham on 23/12/24 and back on 27/12/24 this Christmas and we found them superb.
Drivers are punctual, polite and smartly dressed. They drive safely and we were even asked if we needed a comfort break. Good communication throughout from the office too. We shall certainly use them again.

Having used Class Travel today for the first time, i found them prompt. Very helpful to a disabled passenger. A very good driver. (And that comes from someone that's been driving for over 60 years) but also an interesting person to talk to. We will be recommending Class Travel to friends and family in the future.

The office staff were easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any queries regarding my group booking for our wedding at a local venue. Thanks Connor! The driver was prompt and really friendly despite a few guests (including myself) being a bit worse for wear at the end of the celebration. Great service.

Efficient and easy from start to finish. Having read the reviews I chose this company because I wanted to be sure I got to the airport on time to catch my flight to Canada. I was kept informed every step of the way and my lovely driver, Georgel, turned up before the allotted time in an immaculate, and warm, car which was much appreciated on a cold wet morning at 5.00 a.m.! I also appreciated having Georgel's phone number and car details and as a single female, felt totally comfortable and at ease. I'm going to book Class Travel for my return flight as I have every faith in them and know that I won't be left stranded at Manchester airport. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Very helpful and arranged for someone to come out asap. In fact they were quicker than I expected. They sent texts to say on their way and also details of the driver, car make and reg. Driver very polite

I recently used this company for the first time, and will be definitely booking with them again in future. Communications were excellent on both legs of the journey. Their cars were well maintained and clean also. Had great conversations with the drivers too. Brilliant service from start to finish.

Fantastic company this is the second time we have used them and again can't fault them very professional. The drivers are always helpful there cars are clean and well kept and help with your luggage. Communication is spot on with texts, email and the ability to track the driver.

Used for the first time, to and from East Midlands Airport, both ways the drivers were very considerate and on time. The pick up was ‘meet and greet’ which could not have been smoother.
