I have witnessed them talking disrespectful to my friend they have damaged the key box ehich is needed for medical emergency team. They went onto the roof without permission even though they have been verbally warned that the roof is unstable. They will not do the work on the set day which we canceled planned to be in for I would never want this company to come near my home or anyone homes that I know.

Do NOT allow these people to work on your home because when things go wrong which they will,they are not interested in repairing correctly.
They left my 83 year old mom’s house in a mess after drilling through her kitchen wall and not having the courtesy to tell her.
I contacted them and asked for it to be repaired,plaster patch repair.
What they did was put a load of poly filler in the hole with what must have been a spoon,then came back a few days later and put loads more in,it now looks terrible mess.

They have no compassion for an elderly lady and will turn up unannounced to just bodge.
The repair patch area is getting bigger every time they attend and I’m now told it will take at least another two visits to rectify.
My mom does NOT want these totally unprofessional people back in her home because she feels very anxious of them turning up unannounced and poor work.

on the 05\12\2024 '' out came the workers to put in cavity installation into our bungalow .. it is doing so good to help with the wet and cold times . The company and workers explained what they were going to do. The team were professional and friendly. The workers made sure that area were left tidy.

They did a very good job, they were friendly, and helpful. And kept it clean. Would recommend to anyone

Shropshire green energy centre completed our cavity wall insulation and from the first call to their offices to the team completing our work we have had excellent service start to finish. Our home was left clean and tidy by the fitters and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Awful company , came to parents house to drill holes ready for cavity walls to be filled said they were coming back by end of the week .
11 weeks later and still no cavity insulation just holes everywhere in walls with yellow fibreglass pieces hanging out .
Several appointments and phone calls made, they just don't turn up . Avoid at all costs !!!

I am very pleased with my recent loft insulation and extractor fans by SGEC. Customer service has been very good and the installers have been efficient, caring and polite. Overall, very good service, thank you.

Disgusting company 5 appointments made and five cancelled. Do not use this company. Do not know about Customer service.

Emailed them to make an appointment. They didn’t reply so I contacted them again. They finally replied asking for more information. I replied and heard nothing. Chased it up and heard nothing. Not a great way to treat potential customers

My next door neighbour had his cavity wall insulation completed at a cost of £2,000 so i contacted them for a quote. I called their office and they took my details and said the surveyor would be in touch. One month later they contacted me to arrange a survey. He completed the survey and then told me it would cost £4,000 which obviously i questioned as the next door property is not that different to mine in size and he said he would look into it and let me know. One month later i had to chase for an answer, but there were no notes on my file and would need to look into it. On calling me back they said the reason for the price difference was the size of property, which i replied my property is not another half the size of next door. At this point i told them to forget it, you try to give local business a chance and that's what you get. The customer service is disgraceful and can understand their review score, If there was a minus i would go there!

Absolutely amazing company could not ask for better. Customer service is brilliant 👍. Would highly recommend to anyone who could benefit from this service.
