Size of the item wasn’t in the description and pictures were very misleading of the actual size. I returned the item and still lost $20 from the “Facebook Discount”.

I love the products but I feel they were pricey for the quantity that each bottle holds.

I expected the water to get warm some way. It’s not as comfortable attaching with the salon chair I have. Honestly it’s just messy and was not the best way to spend money. I rather wash in the sink.

The unit set up was simple but not by the instruction paper. You must watch the video on the site or else you will be completely lost based on the pamphlet. I have not used it on a client yet but be sure to have a proper shampoo chair. I tested on myself and family and the sink can rest on the shoulders if you dont have a good chair to have the bowl rest on instead. I also suggest getting a shampoo bowl neck cushion.

The sink is wonderful but I did have to change the waste water tube, the quality is no good. The sink was leaking until I changed the tube

Doesn’t hold enough water to do more than one shampoo at a time. Had to continue to stop on my clients to refill and dump the machine. Not easy when you don’t have a firm source of water around and you are working from home.
