I ordered 2 bracelets for my granddaughters back in November of 2023 for Christmas. They said they were delivered but never received them. I cannot find any contact information for this company. Will never ever buy from them again. SCAMMERS. They should be turned into the Better Business Bureau

They don't even deserve 1 star but..do not buy from here ..bracket came late after paying extra for on time before Xmas. Didn't come till the 3rd.. cheap as f---k

This site is a scam! I ordered 3 bracelets.Never got them also have me doing another order , which I have not. I have reported and notified my Bank.

Ordered goods did not arrive. There is no customer service, you contact the bot and bot tells you to wait.

I have placed and order in July (now its mid Nov). Every second week since end of August when the last "update on shipping" was sent to me (probably fake) I have asked when the order will be delivered and got the same answer that it was error of logistics company and now it will be fixed. Goods never arrived.

It is a scam. Better not waste your time and money.

RIP OFF! They do not deserve 1 star. I was over charged, charged service charge which was NOT on original invoice, I emailed to cancel order and told them wanted FULL refund. Thank Dod I paid with PayPal. Got all my money back except service charge. That imam filing FRAUD CHARGE with my bank. They do not answer emails. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!

Scammed. What was supposed to be deducted from my account was more than what I purchased.

In addition my bank rang me to tell me they blocked what I purchased because other customers were scammed from their bank

I bought the razor with the light from these clowns..I should have went with my gut, but I HAD to try it..the part for the longer hair works but not the part for short hair. I have messaged them over and over and the best they can do is send me $4USD...they say they can't send me another part and for me to send it back would cost me alot..what a Fing joke this place is!! Don't order from here!!!!

This company is a one and done place; they grab you for an order and then screw you afterwards so you'll never order again. I (very unfortunately) read reviews in various sites AFTER I ordered instead of just the reviews on their site. I tried to cancel the order less than 24 hours after I made it and they said, Oh please try it, we know you'll love it and then said they couldn't cancel it. I waited and waited a number of weeks for the items and when they finally came, they were not the quality or the color I would want to keep. Their lack of English skills in their customer service email meant it took 4 emails to get to the, "Too bad, so sad" email that said, Well, we're in China, so you might as well keep it because it'll cost you to send it back. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

This is another company that is a scam. Jumpsuit was completely see through and cheaply made. They only refunded me 3 USD for the outfit. Don’t buy anything on Facebook
