Has the most expensive shipping costs.
I have recently placed an order on this wholesaler,beside the facts that is practicing very high prices for cosmetics products,unjustified in my opinion it has also the most expensive shipping cost,again unjustified.For a parcel 2-4 kg in Uk (locally) charged £13.50 +VAT.,the prices for shipping are increasing depending the value of order.

Is not a wholesaler is more like retails shop with very high price for shipping,perhaps only thinking to make huge profit,and not to provide a good service with affordable prices.
Not recommended.

Placed a large order at the end of August. Payment was taken straight away and I received an order confirmation email, but after 10 days there was still no dispatch update or communication. I followed up by email with no response, and when I eventually called the number on their website, it took ages to get through. The call was very unprofessional — the person didn’t seem to know what was going on and offered no real customer service.

I was told the items I had ordered weren’t actually in stock (despite the website allowing the purchase) and that they were waiting for a delivery. They promised to call back with an update the next day, which never happened. A few days later, a refund appeared in my account — still no call, no email, no explanation, and no apology.

I’d avoid this company. They’re happy to take your money first and only afterwards try to source the stock from their supplier. A complete waste of time.

Please avoid Shure Cosmetics! They’re scammers, I have made an order from them and I haven’t received my order until today. Very unprofessional customer service, bunch of thieves. Worst service I’ve ever seen in UK!AVOID AVOID AVOID if you don’t want to be scummed.
