The very kind and helpful staff at my Shurgard store in Aldershot downloaded an app on my mob so I could pay once a month like I had been doing for many previous years at Lok n Store. Today I used app to pay for the first time but - Payment went wrong so now I am extremely unhappy and do not know what to do.
