Shurgard removed light
Shurgard removed light - cannot see inside unit
To all existing Alperton Park Royal renters please check your units for light as they have removed a light outside my unit (which is at the end of a dead end) and as a consequence I now cannot see anything inside my unit. I have been a loyal customer of this branch for many years. Always paid via direct debit and now this has happened. Main customer service line very unhelpful and the branch is not open on Sundays.
Why did they remove the light and are still charging me full rent?
