Slechte informatie, service, niet gebruiksvriendelijk
Slechte informatie op locatie. Een plattegrond zonder rode stip, gangen met letters die niet op de gangen zelf waren aangegeven, deuren die niet open bleven staan. Een box gekregen die kleiner was dan wat ik gehuurd heb

Goed geregeld.
Het inschrijfproces is makkelijk en ging vanzelf. Het openen van poorten is ook goed geregeld. De ruimte is schoon en koel.
Na een reservering van een ruimte werd wel erg snel nagebeld om die definitief te maken, dat had niet gehoeven.
