nobody answer with 2 hours before…
nobody answer with 2 hours before closed.
not at the phone, not at the email. nothing.
I stayed wuth my daughter 2 hours outside with a lot of stuff wich i want it to deposit and after all I must move to another location next day to other company.
it is stupid way to pay completely, dont receive the code for entrance, stay in cold weather with luggage...and nothing.
they don't care about clients...i dont care about money spend and lost for 1 month and don't use it that box, I'm happy I found another profesional solution. i dont want to hear about shurgard. very bad services.

Uitstekende service
Alles was helder uitgelegd en goed geregeld. Zowel bij het aanvragen van de opslagperiode als bij het weer opzeggen uitstekende service. Ik kan Shurgard van harte aanraden voor eenieder die tijdelijke opslagruimte nodig heeft.

1. Mijn code voor de poort was nog niet geaktiveerd toen ik met de verhuiswagen voor de deur stond van Shurgard Amstelveen. Ik moest bellen om dit alsnog te regelen. Dat terwijl de baliemedewerker in Adam-ZO mij uitdrukkelijk had gemeld dat alles top in orde was en heel gemakkelijk.
2. Waarom maken jullie de poort van jullie filiaal in Aveen te laag voor verhuiswagens. Heel onhandig. Nu moesten de verhuizers alles extra versjouwen en blokkeerden zij met de wagen de ingang voor anderen. Terwijl bij andere filialen van Shurgard de doorrijhoogte wel is aangepast aan verhuiswagens????

Snel, netjes en volgens afspraak.
Alles snel online geregeld. Ruimte stond netjes klaar. Contact verliep prima. Deuren en lift openen met de app werkt perfect. Alles bij elkaar een fijne ervaring.

Ik moest mijn spullen in korte tijd kwijt en. SHURGARD IN AMSTELVEEN WAS DE REDDING
