Comfortabele opslagruimte
Opslagruimte stond netjes klaar, was schoon, duidelijke instructie, en ook comfortabel, je kunt er inrijden met de auto en droog uitladen.
Een puntje ter verbetering: bij de instructies per mail zou het handig zijn als erbij staat hoe je het pand verlaat.

Sleutel was al klaar gelegd en instructie was makkelijk te volgen. De volgende dag zijn we gebeld of alles naar wens is.

Zeer duidelijk online alles binnen enkele minuten geregeld.
Alleen waar de ingang was, was onduidelijk. Ik stond met mijn bus voor de uitgang. Na een kort uitleg was het volkomen helder.

Schoon en goede service maar je krijgt niet waar je voor betaalt
Vanwege de locatie online gekozen voor een opslag van 6 m2 bij Shurguard in Lijnden, die volgens de website afmeting 2mx3mx3m zou moeten hebben dus 18m3. In werkelijkheid blijkt de hoogte slechts 2,5 meter te zijn en ook de lengte en breedte komen niet overeen met de beloofde waarden. De werkelijke inhoud komt uit op 12,6m3 en na aftrek van de ruimte van de roldeur blijft daar slechts 10m3 van over. Nu wordt in de voorwaarden van Shurgard aangegeven dat de ruimtes qua afmeting kunnen afwijken maar zo'n groot verschil is extreem. De ruimte was verder schoon en service verder prima. Met slechts 2 platte karren aanwezig is het wel regelmatig wachten tot een kar beschikbaar komt. Beslist geen aanrader voor mensen die echt de kubieke meters nodig hebben of teveel willen betalen.
