Frau Güven-Karaduman hat mich sehr kompetent und zuverlässig bei der Auswahl eines passenden Lagerraums beraten. Besonders überzeugt haben mich ihre klare Kommunikation und ihre ehrliche Einschätzung. Ich habe mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kann sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ich benötigte einen schnellen und sauberen Lagerplatz. Die Frau Güven-Karaduman war super hilfsbereit und fand schnell eine Lösung. Da sie meine persönliche Situation ebenfalls verstanden hatte und warum mir es wichtig war das der Lagerplatz sauber ist, hatte sie sich auch darum gekümmert. Jeder Betrieb sollte solche Mitarbeiter haben. Einfach der beste Service wo man ihn nicht erwartet.

The staff were friendly and professional from the start, and made the process smooth and stress free. All the information was explained clearly, and access to the facilities is straightforward and convenient. They were also able to answer all of my questions confidently and thoroughly. So far everything has been great and I’m very satisfied with the service (:

Ich hatte während meiner Auslandsreise einen 15qm-Storage für eineinhalb Jahre und bin vollkommen happy. Die zentrale Lage ist mega. Zu Fuß drei Minuten vom U-Bahnhof Warschauer Straße. Und gleichzeitig auch mit großen LKWs problemlos zugänglich. Top. Der Startpreis war ein unschlagbares Sonderangebot. Wurde dann aber auch halbjährlich teurer. Muss man wissen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern aber immer noch unterm Schnitt. Junges und hilfsbereites Team vor Ort. Jederzeit wieder.

Bester Kundenservice , Stefan und Jasmin machen einen tollen Job. Sehr freundliches Team

I’ve been using Shurgard Berlin for a year, and while the experience started well, it has become increasingly disappointing for long-term customers. I recently received notice of a 25% price increase (€12). While technically legal, this sharp hike feels very unfriendly to loyal clients.

Additionally, the new "App-only" entry system is a step backward. It’s a major risk if your phone dies or you have technical issues. I also feel much less safe now that the lift passcode has been removed; the security feels significantly downgraded compared to when I signed up. I am now looking at competitors to move my belongings.
