I reserved the space online on Friday…

I reserved the space online on Friday evening and it was all set up and ready to go on Saturday morning. Super onboarding from Siobhan, quick and clear and she explained everything I needed to know. I have used other well known storage providers previously, this one wins on price and customer service.

Great Staff

Great staff greeted me nicely and politely.
Showed us around to see sizes etc of the storage units and answered all the questions we had great experience with the staff and the facility is cool and clean.

My first visit to shurgard today

My first visit to shurgard today. It was a very good experience. All the office staff were friendly and helpful. The young lady who was dealing with me was exceptional. She was so helpful and explained the procedure to rent my unit and set up the app very clearly and knowledgeably from start to finish. Very impressive 👏.
